5 rooms on the first and second floor, each with its own bathroom and toilet: 4 double rooms and one room for three people.
The beds are ready for your arrival, towels, bath mats, washcloths, bathrobes and hairdryer in place in each bathroom.
Game room on the first floor where there is the possibility of the 12th berth.
On the ground floor:
2 living rooms: the red room with fireplace - yellow lounge with TV and DVD player.
Dining room with fireplace: 12 seats.
Kitchen - laundry - cellar: 5 burner gas stove with large capacity electric oven, a mixed extra oven, dishwasher, 2 fridges, freezer, 2 electric kettles, 2 coffee machines, 1 Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine two dryers, iron and ironing board.

For end-of-year holidays dining room and two rooms on the ground floor of the house is decorated, the tree is erected and lit the fire in the fireplace when you arrive.

When you go you do absolutely nothing the entire household is provided by me.

Summer: garden furniture - sunbeds - barbecue.

Free Wifi throughout the house.
