Detta drömhus byggdes med underhållande gäster och växande familjer i åtanke. Mycket bekväma queen size-sängar och våningssängar Detta 3 sovrum lyxigt hem sover 8 bekvämt. Inkluderar trådlös internetanslutning, plattskärms-TV, kabelprogrammering, lyxiga sängkläder (sängkläder och handdukar), pappersprodukter, badlakan, spel, böcker och sandslottverktyg. Fullt utrustat kök med grundläggande matlagningsingredienser.

Byggnaden består av två individuella enheter som hyra separat. Den "lägre" stranden nivå hem som anges på som (HomeAway # 161720) är en 1200 kvm. 3-sovrum med 2 badrum och erbjuder exklusiv användning av stranddäcket. Det "övre" hemmet är listat som HomeAway # 254059 och består av övre våningar 2 och 3 med 5 sovrum, 4. 5 badrum på 3800 kvm. och en 3 våningen däck med öppen spis. Garaget är anslutet till "övre" hem och är för ensam användning av "övre" hem. Varje hem har ingångar på motsatta sidor av byggnaden, sina egna vägar till stranden och sina egna utomhusduschar. Hemmen delar inte några bekvämligheter. Detta bottenvåningen är lyxigt inredda nya 3 sovrum, två badrum stranden hem med gourmet granit kök, matplats och vardagsrum med öppen spis.

Fri strand och havsutsikt från Ranchos Palos Verdes till Santa Catalina Island. Stor uteplats för avkoppling i solen. Hemmet ligger på S. Pacific Ave., Sunset Beach.

Ta en romantisk promenad på stranden eller utforska med stranden kamning. Promenera ett grönt genom bostadsområdet Sunset Beach. Badvakter finns på stranden från juni till september. Gångavstånd till Huntington Harbor och Peter landning; Cykel, kajak och surfbräda lägenheter, och en mängd restauranger och "vattenhål". Det är trevliga ställen att jogga, springa och åka runt stan ... Eller bara koppla av! Sunset Beach är en underbar familj strand gemenskapen. Njut BBQing, sola på däck. Seal Beach piren är bara 2 miles away och Huntington Beach Pier är bara 6 miles away. Bolsa Chica Wetlands är mindre än en 1 mil bort. Njut av Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific, museer. Newport Beach, minigolf, biografer, många golfbanor, South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island och andra köpcentrum - allt om en 15 till 25 minuters bilresa. Kör 30 minuter eller så till Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland, Discovery Museum.

Lovely view of the sunset. Easy to use kitchen. Good sleeping arrangements. Wish we could have used beach chairs but they were not available…next time I’ll ask for them to be accessible for our beach days.

Great beach house

Was here during Memorial Day weekend and had minimal people on the beach. The sand was well maintained. Kids loved the waves. Condo was very clean and parking was easy. Would definitely re book

Nice house located right on the water. Close to lots of great areas and plenty of things to do.

Property was nice in a good location. We loved being right on the beach and only a short drive to many of the things we wanted to go to.

Toes in the sand

Best part of every day was opening the glass sliders and letting in the ocean breeze. Patio is fabulous, steps to the ocean. Wonderful vacation spot. Hope to stay here again next year. in a great home and neighborhood.

Great location

We enjoyed the house and the beach location. Parking was not an issue. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable, not too soft like many rentals. Showers were hot and had really good water pressure. Internet was reliable and the heat worked quickly. My main suggestion for improvement would be better cutting board and better knives. They were very dull.

Spring break

Loved our stay on sunset beach! Thank you so much. Had 4 large teen age boys. Didn’t realize the bunk beds were so tiny- kinda toddler size. Couldn’t really tell that from the pic, but we made do. Would bring an extra air mattress if we booked again. Lovely property

Great location!

We had such a great trip! House is in the perfect location. Walk right out to the beach. Sunset beach is more low key/less crowded than mainstream Huntington Beach which we enjoyed. But it’s just a short drive to Huntington is you want to enjoy the beaches and restaurants down there. House was relatively quiet - there is a separate rental above which can be a bit noisy when folks are moving around but it wasn’t bad. I would definitely recommend this place!

A real gem — One of the best SoCal on-the-beach homes

This place is great, and we already booked our third consecutive annual stay. Everything is lovely, but the patio on the actual sand is par none. Most beaches I am aware of in SoCal don’t have the homes on the sand, but often there is a small path in between (E.g. the Strand in the South Bay). Owners/management are great, too. A real gem...

Right. On. The. Sand. Exactly what we needed: roll out of bed, grab a cup of coffee on the way out the door to the deck and the sand. Walking distance to local bars, brewery, Starbucks, restaurants.

More than I Expected

What a great surprise! The house looked beautiful in the pictures but to see it in person is a whole different perspective. Just beautiful, and roomy and inviting. This home has all the amenities I wanted, there was nothing I needed while I was there that wasn't furnished. I'll definitely be staying again, but next time it will be for a longer period of time.

Great Place but need to fix the amenities

Place was clean and nice but a lot of things did not work, The outdoor grill did not work, The umbrellas for the table outside was broken, vacuum did not work the dishwasher was broken. I would stay there again but they really need to fix the amenities.

Breath Taking Views Steps from Water on the Beach

The house is conveniently located steps to the ocean and on the sand. Most places I've researched have stairs, or quite far away from the water/actual sand. This house has standard necessities one would need for a relaxing vacation. We spent five enjoyable nights at the house. The host responded promptly and quite courteous. We rented the downstair portion of the house and had to put up with the upstairs renters' children running around. And the door slamming as they come and go. The upstairs renters do not shut the door by holding the knob. The door was left to slam shut on its own - this would be ok during the day but it lasted to 12AM and beyond. The one bedroom next to the door to the upper level can hear and feel everything. No fault of the property, the property itself is 5 stars to me.

1st beachfront property stay

Walking out the patio directly onto the beach was amazing. Unfortunately we got bad luck with the weather as the wind was so strong the sand blowing was hard to be outside. We got one good morning and took full advantage of it! The patio doors are a bit hard to operate. Would not take much to fix though...tighten some screws and add some WD-40. Rooms are much smaller than expected and master bathroom needs some updating. The best thing I would suggest adding is to provide some coffee for guests staying short stays.

Reunion haven...and heaven...

Our visit was to celebrate our 55th high school reunion from a high school in Long Beach. Great location, as every thing we did was just 20 mins away from the beach! Access is easy with traffic lights to cross Hwy 1. My only disappointment was that the big sliding door in the living room was not functioning properly. Only half of it opened, and that part has a damaged track. It took two men to both open and close it, and it was very hard to secure....This needs to be fixed before I'm using the last star in my review.!

Several things wrong but location was fabulous

Annoying things: Constantly dripping tub in master Super slow shower drain in master such that after a 10 min you’re standing in a foot of water. No instructions for the most ridiculously complicated thermostat ever invented. Not enough trash cans for the two units that use the house. No sound insulation between floors such that we were awoken numerous times at night and early morning by the second floor occupants. Nice things: Great beach right out the back door. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery.

A wonderful spot but not quite perfect...

It's a wonderful location but the property needs some maintenance. The view of the ocean is blocked by the preperations for winter storms (man made sand dune?). The hot water heater had to be repeatedly power cycled to have hot water. The sliding glass doors are in need of maintenance/repair - we couldn't open them. The place was clean and accommodations worked for us. I requested some compensation for the things that missed the mark but never got a reply. If not for the issues with hot water and the sliding glass doors, I would recommend and stay here again. Just trying to be fair and honest.

Nice property, the view is here but the property is not so huge so I'll not recommend it.

Yes, you have this view, but the inside of the house is not set up for 8 people. The living-room/kitchen table is set up for 4 people only with 4 chairs, not 8 chairs so as it was chilly outside we had to take turns to be able to eat inside the house at night. The first bedroom is okay but the second one is very very small you can hardly turn around the bed. This gave us the impression that the owners are looking to make more money that they should request on this property. Last but not least you are not the only one. The other part of the house is also rented and even if they were super nice people we didn't feel like renting our own house during our weekend. Overall, if you want to be on the beach, then this place is okay. If you don't care about the view, then look for another rent because there's no pool, no hot tub, nothing else than the view.
