Charming two-room apartment in southern exposure, located on the second floor (with elevator) of the tourist residence "Horizon Blanc" (opposite the Tourist Office), in the heart of the resort at La Joue du Loup - 05250 LE DEVOLUY (HAUTES-ALPES), less than 100m from the ski slopes, in front of a small shopping center with supermarket, bakery, ski shop ... about 150m from the ESF and 30 meters from the daycare.
Most of the apartment free underground parking that will keep your car away from the cold and snow, close to all amenities and slopes, a large balcony with views of the slopes and the center of the resort .
This apartment, located in a typically mountain residence, fully equipped with balcony, offers the tenants an exceptional panorama on the station of the Joue du Loup and the surrounding massifs.
Kitchen equipped with electric hob, mini oven, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, raclette, vacuum cleaner.
Nesting beds in the living room (sleeping two people), a mountain corner with bunk beds (two beds), and a room with a bed 120 (very good bedding - new).

Emplacement idéal

Appartement très bien situé, propre et bien agencé, plein centre au pied des pistes. Stationnement à l’abri pour le véhicule accessible directement par ascenseur. Propriétaire très réactive qui s’investit totalement pour que notre séjour se passe de la meilleur des façons. Je conseil sans hésitation et si j’ai à revenir c’est avec plaisir que je réserverai de nouveau.
