In the heart of the Bauges classified World Geopark UNESCO, Near Aillons-Margeriaz 1400 (22 km), Aillons-le-Jeune (16 km), Féclaz (11 km) and plateau from Revard (14 km) but also not far from Chambéry (10 km), the thermal baths of Challes-les-Eaux (13 km), Lake Bourget (25 km), Aix-les-Bains (30 km) and Annecy (50 km), the village of "La Fougère" is a small hamlet of 50 inhabitants located at the foot of Roc Margériaz, in a valley ... quiet!
In winter you can go skiing (track, background or Joëring), snowshoeing or dog sledding or even telemark, sledding and why not snowmobiling.
In summer you can go hiking, climbing, paragliding, zip-line, swimming and even caving.
In any season you can make guided tours of farms, cheese, cultural heritage of the Bauges, fishing and also explore the many attractive paths from the village to discover caves, streams and water. waterfalls!
Completely renovated in 2018 in a spirit of mountain chalet, the house of 130 sqm offers high quality services in a contemporary and very warm.
At the mezzanine:
• 1 spacious bathroom of 18m² equipped with a cast iron bathtub, a shower (80 x 80 cm), WC, 1 washbasin and 1 washer-dryer.
On the ground floor:
• 1 living / dining room of 25m² with 1 sofa bed in double bed (120 x 200 cm) equipped with 1 flat screen TV and a dining area for 8 people
• 1 open kitchen of 10m² fully equipped (oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee and filter, kettle, toaster, raclette, fondue, etc.).
1st floor:
• 1 bedroom of 26m² with 1 queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and 2 single bunk beds (80 x 200 cm) equipped with 1 flat screen TV.
• 1 shower room of 5m² with WC, shower (80 x 80 cm) and washbasin.
• 1 relaxation area of 9m²
2nd floor:
• 1 library space on mezzanine of 6m²
• 1 bedroom of 25m² with 1 Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and 1 cot with bars (80 x 140 cm) equipped with 1 flat screen TV.

• 1 parking space
• 1 heated ski room that can hold several bicycles

Gîte nature, idéal pour un séjour reposant. Les enfants (1 et 3 ans) ont adoré la proximité des animaux de la ferme le long des chemins.Florence est une hôte très disponible qui a coeur de répondre rapidement et au mieux à toute question ou besoin.Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce gîte.

Maison au calme dans un hameau savoyard

Maison avec 3 grandes chambres dans un petit hameau très calme en pleine montagne, avec petit jardin attenant. De nombreux départs de randonnée dans le Massif des Bauges, parc naturel magnifique, sentiers de tous niveaux tres bien balisés ; un bol d’air de nature !

Séjour à la montagne parfait

Une maison très agréable où on peut se reposer, cuisiner, partir en rando depuis celle ci et apprécier la montagne. Le voisinage est très agréable et donne de bon conseil sur les loisirs ! Parfaite organisation avec la propriétaire, n'hésitez pas à louer ce chalet

Tres joli gîte pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme

Nous avons passé 2 jours très agréables dans ce gite très joliment décoré et confortable ! Le plus : draps et serviettes fournis et le ménage compris dans la location. La literie est confortable egalement. Je recommande !

Week-end parfait !

La maison est très belle, super bien aménagée et très bien équipée ! Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. Des balades sont accessibles très rapidement! La vue est à couper le souffle ! C'est calme et reposant. Rien à redire ! Très bel accueil. Nous y sommes allés entre amis mais l'endroit est aussi parfait pour venir avec des enfants. Alors si vous voulez passer un week-end ressourçant, n'hésitez plus !

La maison est parfaitement conforme à ce qui est présentée en photo, aucune mauvaise surprise. Entièrement refaite à neuve, joliment décorée, avec des lits très confortables et spacieux (les lits superposés conviennent aussi à des adultes), deux salles d'eau avec toilettes et douches (et baignoire pour la plus grande), une cuisine très bien équipée (four, plaques à induction, grand réfrigérateur avec une grande partie congélation, machine à café Senseo, micro-onde, de nombreuses poêles et casseroles, etc) dans laquelle il est possible de cuisiner sans soucis. Les petits plus sont : la propreté irréprochable des lieux, les équipements, une superbe vue sur les montagnes depuis le salon, un calme parfait dans le village, une décoration moderne, des literies très confortables. Avec un hôte à l'écoute. Mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir pris le temps de tester le télescope. Bref, je recommande !

Très bon séjour.

Ne vous fiez pas à l'extérieur, une fois la porte d'entrée franchie, c'est un luxueux appartement avec tout le confort où nous avons passé une semaine très agréable avec nos petits enfants. La description sur le site correspond tout à fait à ce que nous avons trouvé; même le téléphone qui passe si vous êtes Orange ou Bouygues !

N'hésitez pas une seconde de plus !

N'hésitez pas une seconde de plus ! Cette maison est une pure merveille. L’esprit chalet authentique allié au confort moderne est une vraie réussite ! Vous ne manquerez de rien. Pascal a vraiment le sens de l'hospitalité et du détail. Nous étions 6 personnes (4 adultes et 2 enfants), on ne s'est pas senti à l'étroit.. La maison est très bien agencée et très propre. La cuisine est toute équipée (lave-vaisselle , four, appareils à raclette et fondue ...). Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables, il y a aussi un clic-clac . Les espaces détente et bibliothèque invitent au repos . Bref ce lieu est fantastique ! On a envie de revenir y séjourner cet été. C'était super. Merci encore Pascal!
