This property benefits from an ideal setting in the countryside where you can relax and unwind. It is located in the golden triangle only a few miles from the delightful "Medieval City" of Gourdon the wonderful town of Sarlat & historic Rocamadour.

The traditional building has been renovated to a high standard while still retaining many of the original features. It is ideal for families and friends, couples with children, and Fido (+ extra pets) are welcome too. It is within easy reach of all major attractions and necessary facilities for all ages and interests for an enjoyable "break from it all".

The property benefits from its own fenced, screened and fully gated decking and BBQ area at the front and has a fully enclosed garden for off-road parking for 2 vehicles.

Nicotiana has been beautifully restored and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. There is a possibility for an extra guest if required and cot / s + high chair are available on request.
