Chaque étage a un porche pour voir la belle nature qui entoure cette propriété de Creekside!

Vous pouvez pagayer des kayaks et des planches YOLO à partir de l’accès crique au golfe dans la cour arrière en seulement quelques minutes. Jubilee Retreat est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et se retrouver avec ses amis et sa famille! Une courte promenade sur la route pittoresque de Grayton Trails mène à beaucoup d’action! This home is furnished as well as any I`ve stayed at in Grayton...and I`ve stayed at many of them. It`s a little out of the way, but that provides for a very quiet stay.

Jubilee Retreat

Such a wonderful stay at Jubilee Retreat! We already loved Grayton Beach, but our stay here enhanced our enjoyment. The house sits in a beautiful location that is quiet and includes the benefit of a lake view while only a short walk to the beach and/or restaurants. The accommodations were roomy, well laid out, clean, and comfortable. We were especially pleased to interact with the owners and experience their gracious hospitality. The management company was very easy to work with and extremely responsive when we needed anything. We will definitely stay at Jubilee Retreat again!

Reviewer Comments: After several years of coming to Jubilee Retreat, we continue to recognize why it has become our ‘home-away-from-home.’ Not only does it live up to all that is presented in its listing (location, cleanliness, etc.), but the management company is very responsive and determined that guests enjoy their stay. We love the house and the property and it fits our needs well. Best of all for us, though, is the owner/host always goes far beyond our expectations in making sure that we are accommodated well and feel at home while we are in Jubilee Retreat.

Rented a golf cart , which helped a lot getting beach gear to beach . My family is grown and very tall . Wished that all rooms had king size beds . This would have mage it even better . The 4 Bikes provided and 2 chairs and umbrella from beach service was nice . A lot good memories made . We will be coming back . Thank you

Beautiful home with great outdoor living space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting homes in this area since 2005 and this was one of our all time favorites. Beautifully designed home with large comfortable living spaces inside and out. We loved the large screened porch with fire pit and outdoor kitchen - great for cool mornings. Great location on quiet private road. Backyard nicely landscaped with native plantings and a small dock. Generous of owners to share their kayaks/paddleboards and a sunrise run through the dune lake to the beach was a highlight of our trip. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach, so this may be a downside for families with young children or guests with limited mobility.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is situated on a very quiet, wooded lot with lots of room for everyone to spread out. We loved sitting on the porch by the gas fire table and using the kayaks and paddle boards. It's an easy walk to a beautiful beach, surrounded by nature preserve. The kitchen was very well-equipped with pretty much everything we needed to make some lovely dinners at home. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. My only caution is that the 8th bed is located in a loft area without any light control on the windows, so it makes it difficult for that person to sleep past dawn. We also enjoyed using the bikes to travel along 30A to Seaside and other towns.

A Royal Destination

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved every minute of our two week stay! The home was big and beautiful and immaculately clean. We had such a relaxing stay and had plenty of room to spread out. We really appreciated the calming neutral palette and comfortable furnishings. The bedrooms were well spaced apart and the beds were very comfy. Most days we enjoyed beautiful weather, so the landscaped back yard was such a treat to use every day. Our 5 year old started her mornings on the tree swing and my hubby and I enjoyed soaking up the sun on the little dock on the creek. Most nights I enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked, spacious kitchen with high end appliances and then watching movies on one of the many TVs. There are so many nice touches throughout the home such as the large screened porch with propane fire pit and comfy seating which we used often, and the butler’s pantry with laundry machines was a nice extra. This house would be great for entertaining, as there is ample space and seating. It has a good flow throughout the open concept lower level which opens up to the screened porch with a wet bar, and a TV. In addition to how great the house was, we were thrilled with the location on a private road only a five minute walk to the beach. We walked to the beach once or twice a day and caught sunsets almost daily. We also enjoyed walking approximately 1-2 mins to Borago for dinner one night. Delicious food! Also, we walked to the general store for some essentials which was only 2 mins away. We wished we could have stayed longer and used the bikes provided, but we were mainly there to go to the beach, so maybe next time we visit we will use the bikes to explore all the neighborhoods along 30A. Also, we can’t thank the Royal Destinations team enough for jump starting our car rental when the battery died. Truly above and beyond! Only recommendation would be for a one page house manual for instructions for the fire place/fire pit etc. and a kid’s step stool for tall counters. W

Luxury Hide-away
