Holiday house completely renovated in 2018. House of village, located in the heart of the village, on a plot of 500m ² with its closed garden, it is a few minutes walk from shops, bars / restaurants, beaches, tennis club (sailing club 3km), while being in complete calm for a well deserved rest.

Composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms / 2 toilets, it comfortably accommodates 5/6 people (140m2). Traditional style outside, it offers modern comfort inside: fully equipped new kitchen, floor heating, showers and bath, master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en-suite ... Outside a large garden that we bloom little by little and a terrace for your meals, coffee or simply your moments of reading in the sun.

Bedroom 1 (parental): 1 double bed,
Bedroom 2 (children): 2 single beds size children (80x170),
Bedroom 3 (mixed): 1 single bed or 1 double bed (children or adults).

Sheets and towels provided free for stay of 6 nights or more - For a shorter stay, package of 150eur.
No TV, no Wifi.
At disposal for the outside: deckchair, sun-loungers, table and chairs, parasol, barbecue ...

Holiday home completely redone and refurbished in 2018. In the heart of the village, we have 500m2 closed garden, all the restaurants / bars, shops and beaches are at walking distance (literally a few minutes). It is a small quiet, peaceful street.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 restrooms. It can comfortably welcome 5 to 6 people. While its exterior respects the traditional architecture of the region, its interior is modern and comfortable: new brand, equipped kitchen, floor heating, showers and bath, main room with en-suite dressing and bathroom ... Outside you will enjoy a nice garden and a beautiful deck terrace for your meals, drinks, coffees or simply relaxing moments.

2rd room: 1 single bed or 1 double bed (kids or adults)

Bed linen and towels included for 6 nights or longer - For shorter stays, 150eur charge will be added to the rent.

Two great weeks

From June 28th to July 12th we spent two great weeks in Benoit's beautiful house. The house is almost in the centre of Préfailles and also only few steps aways from the ocean. You can see the sea from the balcony. Everything you need on a daily basis can be organized by foot. The house is light and spaceous and fully equipped. Getting in contact with Benoit was really easy even though almost unnecassary as Florence as on-site contact was always available for us. A really peaceful and quite place - without WIFI ;-) - which we always would visit again.

Notre deuxième séjour et toujours un réel plaisir de se retrouver à Préfailles. La maison est idéalement située, très bien équipée. On se sent vraiment bien dans ce lieu. Nos enfants adorent l'endroit. Il est fort probable que nous y reviendrons.

Le bonheur entre le Bazar et la mer !

Excellentes prestations : maison agréable et agencée avec goût et simplicité, avec des espaces pour tous, beaucoup de lumière, une cuisine aménagée avec tout le nécessaire et une literie irréprochable. Très bien située entre les commodités et la plage pour tout faire à pied !

Magnifique découverte

Séjour au top dans une maison alliant le charme de l'ancien et du moderne avec goût, très agréable à vivre. Tout est à proximité : commerces et plages. Préfailles est très préservée : presque que des maisons, littoral tb aménagé pour de nombreuses activités (marche, footing, vélo, plages). Idéal pour des vacances en bord de mer au calme et/ou en famille. Enfants ravis. Merci à Florence pour son accueil.

Excellent séjour, je recommande !

Je recommande vivement cette location qui est conforme à la description. La villa est très agréable, spacieuse et avec une bonne exposition. Nous avons manqué de rien. L'emplacement est idéal (à 2min de la mer et des commerces) et le cadre très reposant. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Encore merci à Benoît pour sa réactivité, et Florence pour l'accueil. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine ;-)

Très beau séjour et excellent accueil par Françoise. Une maison préfaillaise rénovée dans les règles de l'art et parfaitement équipée. L'idéal pour un séjour en famille en bord de mer, si nous revenions à Préfailles, nous choisirions cet endroit sans aucun doute.

Séjour parfait à Prefailles chez Benoit

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette superbe maison. Tout y a été parfait, en commençant par la facilité de réservations et d échanges avec Benoit et l accueil de Florence. La maison est parfaitement équipée, en plein centre de Prefailles à quelques mètres de la plage. Pour autant, nous y sommes très au calme. C est là tout le charme de prefailles. Un lieu où il est bon de se retrouver en famille pour des plaisirs simples. Nous reviendrons chez benoit a coup sur! Pauline & Laurent

Quelle maison agréable: beaucoup de lumière, décoration bien choisie, les plafonds sont hauts, la cuisine est bien équipée. La maison à une âme, on s’y sent chez soi. Les enfants ont appréciés jouer avec les jeux. La plage est toute proche. La boulangerie au coin de la rue est délicieuse.
