The studio is on the 3rd floor and has a kitchen equipped with fridge, hob and dishwasher.

Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the activity on the water.The railway station being nearby made exploring the area very easy.

Central a la Cote d'azure

Well appointed studio with excellent views of the ocean and beach access. At night, storm blinds totally blocked light and noise which well appreciated in this busy area. It was great to meet the owners but the extra coordination required to pick up and return keys was a little inconvenient.

Perfect studio with all amenities.

We stayed for 3 days and it was absolutely perfect, from beginning to end. It had access to everything, easy parking, security and comfort. A redo for sure!

Perfection!

This property in Juan-Les-Pins was perfect! Sylvie was a lovely and efficient host, the property was better than the pictures, the balcony was spectacular and comfortable, and the location was exceptional! Close to the beach and the action of the village all in one. Also, a short train ride and you could cross the border to Italy, check out Monaco or another French Riviera town of Cannes or Antibes. We hated to leave and hope to go back one day.

Bel appartement lumineux au centre de la ville

Appartement qui correspond à l'annonce. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances en famille, très bien situé. A quelques mètres de la mer. Accueil chaleureux et prise en charge parfaite.

Apparemment impeccable et très bien équipé

Accueil chaleureux, propreté parfaite, appartement équipé (lave-linge, AC...) prêt pour passer de super vacances avec petite terrasse et une vue magnifique, dans une résidence calme... Attention !!! Kit de plage aussi à disposition. Quoi demander de plus ? Recommandé.

Eine sehr schöne Woche

Eine sehr schöne Woche! Das Objekt hat eine gute Lage, den Strand direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben es geliebt morgens auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und auf das Meer zu schauen. Die Leute im Haus sind alle sehr nett - der Verwalter ist super.

Superbe séjour !

Excellent séjour passé à Juan-les-Pins dans un studio superbement rénové et lumineux. Le concierge est aussi aux petits soins à notre arrivée. Réservation fortement recommandée. Merci à notre hôtesse Marie-Pierre. On reviendra, c'est certain !

Très bonne location

Tout s’est bien déroulé, il y avait beaucoup de monde donc nous prenions à chaque fois la voiture, mais malgré le petit parking nous avions toujours une place 🙂 Le studio est bien agencé.

Résidence propre et idéalement placées. Un peu bruillant la nuit mais une fois la porte fenêtre fermée nous étions au calme. Appartement confortable et proche des plages et du centre ville.

Superbe vue, Appartement nickel, je tire mon chapeau pour l'architecte d'intérieur

Vue superbe J'ai adoré l'optimisation de l'espace de l'appartement. Ma femme étant architecte d'intérieur, ns avons apprécié l'aménagement de ce studio, qui est différent des autres. C'est pratique pour un couple avec 2 enfants sans aucun pbs. L'emplacement est stratégique, a 2 pas de la plage et de nombreux restaurants. Je vs conseille d'ailleurs de prendre du "à emporter" et manger au balcon. Même la gare est accessible à pied si vs venez en train (gare de juan les pins) Les 2 seuls bémols qui sont indépendants de l'appartement, (1) c'est la plage énormément bondée en cette periode, difficile d'y rester longtemps; une fois installé ss le Parasol, il est difficile de trouver un passage pour aller se baigner tellement y a de monde et de serviettes étalées. (2) les places de parking, qui malgré qu'on y a accès sans pbs, il y a des chances qu'on trouve pas de place. Pour le reste tout est nickel et tt le nécessaire est présent dans l'appartement pour passer un agréable séjour.
