Beautiful studio 4 people facing the beaches of Juan les Pins in a gated and guarded by a guard
The studio is on the 3rd floor and has a kitchen equipped with fridge, hob and dishwasher.
It is equipped with a double bed and two bunk beds for children. Washing machine, iron and ironing board, safe, shower room.
A beautiful terrace will allow you to relax and have your meals facing the sea.

Perfect studio with all amenities.

We stayed for 3 days and it was absolutely perfect, from beginning to end. It had access to everything, easy parking, security and comfort. A redo for sure!

Perfection!

This property in Juan-Les-Pins was perfect! Sylvie was a lovely and efficient host, the property was better than the pictures, the balcony was spectacular and comfortable, and the location was exceptional! Close to the beach and the action of the village all in one. Also, a short train ride and you could cross the border to Italy, check out Monaco or another French Riviera town of Cannes or Antibes. We hated to leave and hope to go back one day.

Really lovely apartment for me and my son to stay in, lived the view and it was quiet and dark at night with great air con! Juan Les Pins was a treat! Would have been great to have a heads up the washing machine wasn’t working.. also could do with one or two more chopping boards :) apart from that perfecto! :)

Central a la Cote d'azure

Well appointed studio with excellent views of the ocean and beach access. At night, storm blinds totally blocked light and noise which well appreciated in this busy area. It was great to meet the owners but the extra coordination required to pick up and return keys was a little inconvenient.

Accueil chaleureux, propreté parfaite, appartement équipé (lave-linge, AC...) prêt pour passer de super vacances avec petite terrasse et une vue magnifique, dans une résidence calme... Attention !!! Kit de plage aussi à disposition. Quoi demander de plus ? Recommandé.

Eine sehr schöne Woche! Das Objekt hat eine gute Lage, den Strand direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben es geliebt morgens auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und auf das Meer zu schauen. Die Leute im Haus sind alle sehr nett - der Verwalter ist super.
