We rent a charming holiday home, artist's studio, in the immediate vicinity of the sea (50m), in a bucolic setting, in a green area of 10,000 m2 of land, 5 minutes from the ports of Brest and oceanopolis!
Let yourself be lulled by the song of the birds and enjoy the exceptional view from the veranda and the garden. You can enjoy nautical activities (yole and boat available, fishing rods, bikes ...).

The 80 m2 house consists of 2 bedrooms:
The first with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk
The second with 2 beds of 90, Possibility of providing a cot for all young children
A living room / library with 2 additional beds
An equipped kitchen (microwave, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and utensils for 6 people) Basic products are available (spices and condiments, household products ...)
A bathroom with an Italian shower, a toilet and a vanity unit

A magnificent 19 m2 veranda overlooking the garden completes the 80 m2 of the house, you will find a lounge to enjoy the sun and the sea view all day.

We provide pillows, duvets and linens (duvet covers, and sheets).
A washing machine is available if needed for extended stays.

You can easily park your vehicle on a private location on the property.

5 minutes from a supermarket where you will find everything you need
For golfers you are 15 minutes from 18 holes of Landerneau
