Please make sure to set heat in each room (October -April) to 55. Heaters should be off May -September. Please make sure air conditioner in main floor hallway is set to 78 in Summer months.
Close all windows. Please turn off any minor electrical appliances like coffee maker, fireplace, sound bars and televisions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For mutual security purposes, we require all guest have their identify verified along with a positive reservation review history.
Remove your shoes upon entry. Keep all screen doors closed Spring-Fall to keep bugs out & maintain cleanliness for present and future guests.
Clean grill after use or use tinfoil to maintain cleanliness for present and future guests.

This is a very beautiful and clean property. Access to the Owners Club is a plus. The Territory is a lovely area, and Galena is close by and a must do trip. Great stores and restaurants.

We liked the unit and amenities very much. Lovely place. They have very nice touches throughout the unit. We did have a once in a lifetime problem with the AC unit not working on a 85F day, but once the owners understood the issue they called in a service to fix it and, without asking, refunded us half a days rent. Even though we had a rough night it was a first world problem. Mark

My sister and sisters-in-law enjoyed the weekend. Hit up Frank O’Dowds for a fish fry, which was delicious, and roamed the shops in Galena. We loved our stay!

Winter Getaway

The property was as advertised, spacious, clean and family friendly. We definitely appreciated the baby gate that was provided, an unexpected plus! The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking and there were lots mags to help us discover Galena. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

My girlfriends and I had a great weekend. The property was clean and had great decks for enjoying the unseasonably warm November weather. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools for a fun weekend in. Cliff and Gina were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Great place for a quick getaway

We spent three nights in the Galena territory. Cliff and Gina were great with communication. The townhouse was perfect for our group of four with space for all of us to sleep. Thanks for the comfortable accommodations! We're already talking about another trip this winter!

Late July Occupancy

Our overall impression of the facility was good. Liked bedrooms and kitchen furnishing. Had some difficulty getting in the front door due to lockset. While living room was nicely furnished, sofa seating was not as comfortable as one might like. Decks were great! Noted a couple of dead trees in the front bookending the property. Resolution of the items above will transform this good property into a great property.

We fell in love with the property the moment we walked in the door and have continued to feel like that every day since!

What makes this property unique

The Galena Territory and the town of Galena is spectacular in every way. It's scenic, historic and there is so much to do and explore. Being right on the lake with seasonal view October through May makes it icing on the cake!
