The best of both worlds! The beauty of a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of all the festivities: whether it's the free shuttle to the Aggie game, or a walk to great food at one of 15+ restaurants in downtown Bryan, shopping at several quaint shops or even catching a movie at the restored movie house in Historic Downtown Bryan.
Campus is only a ~10 min drive away, if you prefer, but the game day shuttle is a nice option!

It's graduation time - the restaurants are crowded - order out and bring it home so you can enjoy conversations together! Gather the family on the carport with party lights and the smell of jasmine wafting through the air! Or grill your own! Just ask, and we'll set it all out for you!

Built in the 30's, our home is large and yet cozy; with lots of cheerful rooms to spread out in, or to gather in! G
Or head outside and gather around a backyard grill and a carport strung with lights. Watch the sunset from the swing in the side yard or - with TAMU only 10 min away and Historic Downtown Bryan a quick walk away - there is something for everyone to do!
The upstairs is a work in progress, but has everything you need for a great weekend away! You are 11 minutes to campus, 12 minutes to Lake Bryan, 15 minutes to a Presidential museum or how about a Texas Winery 9 minutes away!?

Other things to note:
We do have a beautiful and friendly Golden Retriever, so despite a very thorough cleaning, a dog hair will appear.
Your space is your own while upstairs - the inside stairs are closed off.

Also, we are renovating diff parts of the home, so please pardon some boards here and there, and light fixtures that are askew! Pictures here are current, all the living/bathing areas are as shown, but some floors are in transition :)
If only floors and walls could talk - what a story they could tell!
