Cottage located on the lake Rochereau ideal for nature lovers. Composed of two bedrooms and a large mezzanine. The family kitchen and the beautiful living room are appreciated by large families. Direct access to the lake with pontoon to read quietly on it. Canoes, a boat are at your disposal to brighten your stay. The hikers will be ideally located (the tracks being organized around Sigournais). Fishermen can also depending on the season enjoy the lake and its fish.
Many activities: Puy du Fou 25 minutes, 1 hour from the Vendée coast, La Rochelle Aquarium 1h15, Les Sables d'Olonnes Zoo 1h, Poitevin Marsh 45mn, O'Gliss Water Park (largest in Europe) 50mn.

Lac à proximité pour se baigner, mer à 1h, Puy du Fou à 30 mn, resto à 5 mn, "la Morlière" avec une jolie terrasse, canoë sur l'étendue d'eau qui est un ravissement à regarder au moment du petit déjeuner avec sa faune (canards, mouettes... L! ..., Leclerc et magasins à 15 mn...

Un petit coin de verdure

Endroit idéal pour qui aime le calme et la nature. Les enfants et nous même avons adoré. Les canards qui se baladent du lac au jardin, qui est très agréable. Le temps nous a permis de passer beaucoup de temps sur la terrasse qui est très agréable et pêche et kayak a portée de jardin. Seul bémol s'il devait il y en avoir un, l'intérieur de la maison est un peu sombre, mais ce n'est pas un problème pour qui aime vivre dehors comme nous . Chantonnay a 15 min pour courses.... Donc accessible et pour les plus motivés, plage des conches a la tranche sur mer a 1:15 de route

Vue magnifique et apaisante

La vue est exactement comme sur les photos, on ne peut s'en lasser. La maison est dans son jus, de caractère, mais très sombre. Les canoës sont un plus pour un moment détente sur le lac.

AGREABLE SEJOUR AU PUY DU FOU .

Propriété idéale pour parisiens en quète de repos, mais loin de tout, prévoyez tout. Nous avons trouvé une maison ( n oubliez pas votre GPS ) avec une tres belle vue sur le lac ; mais malheureusement impossible d y accéder à cause d'un nid de guèpes qui sont mème rentréées dans les chambres par le toit . Aménagements intérieurs limites, maison très sombre , un malheureux poèle à pétrole pour se réchauffer E n somme rien de très exitant.

Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer

Propriété très bien tenue, avec le lac au bout du jardin. J'y ai fait du télétravail grâce à une connexion de qualité. Mes enfants ont profité du jardin, des jeux de société et de la proximité avec le Puy du Fou. Nous faisions du kayak le soir. La cuisine avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour cuisiner comme à la maison.
