Located 80 kilometers south of Dakar and less than 6 hours flight from Brussels and Paris. The villa is located on a plot of 550 M² with its individual swimming pool, 50 m from the brand new Auchan shopping center in Ngaparou and less than 100 meters from the beach.
The villa is equipped with European comfort: swimming pool 9mx5m, air conditioning, electric water heater, integrated kitchen, LED TV, etc ...
Our villa is rented by the week, with 2 bedrooms with double bed and a mezzanine 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, 3WC
A caretaker, on site from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. takes care of the garden and swimming pool.
