This unit is beautifully appointed and fully equipped with all the comforts of a contemporary Florida home. ( The most spacious of all Resort properties) , combined with all the amenities of a full-service resort. Our Gran Bahama villa offer more than 1,700 square feet of living area, perfect for larger families looking for accommodation near the Magic Kingdom; it comes with 3 spacious bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The vacation home also provides two large bathrooms. It is ideal for the extended family vacationer  .is a flat screen TV in each room.Property has air conditioning and free ultimate high speed WiFi. Washing and drying facilities are also available. as private balconies There is a pool and a spa for your use within 30 meters.
The unit includes a highchair and portable play yard, for families travelling with infants.

The Condo is perfect for families and will accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

Guests at Bahama Bay Resort can also take advantage of on-site amenities such as a fitness center, BBG Grills, heated swimming pool, sports courts , children’s play areas , fishing dock, nature trails and a white sand beach overlooking Lake Davenport. Weekend trip

This was the perfect place for a little getaway. The check in process was smooth and the property owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Whole condo was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Very large space with 3 different deck areas. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Great Central Location

The place, location and amenities were wonderful! The place appeared freshly clean, but the carpet turned our feet black because it was so dirty. Overall, we would stay again as it met everyone’s needs well!

Beautiful, clean

Beautiful little place. Perfect pool for kids. Definitely got a little loud at night when people were outside and walking in the place above us. But other than that, everything was on point.

Beautiful property

Loved our stay. Heated pool was great. Rental unit just as described. Would love to return. Grounds were beautiful for morning walks. Quick response from owner with any questions.

Spacious

Lovely spot to spend 3 weeks. Very large 3rd floor condo overlooking pool. Beds were very comfortable and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Will be back!!

Bahama Bay stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It's an older property that does not have elevators. We were on the third floor but we handled it. Steps might be a challenge for guests with mobility issues. I loved the tree canopy between the buildings and the pool area. Liked the unit we stayed in.

I’d stay longer!

Our flight was delayed so we got there late. We didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities that were available. Our stay was clean and comfortable and would have been great for multiple days enjoying all the parks in the area or the pools and things on site. I traveled with 4 of my kids and they were all comfortable with plenty of space.

Nice place no communication with owner

The villa was nice and had everything we needed it would have been a great rating but the owner was not available to speak when it was time to check in and the front office had no idea we were coming. After traveling 3 hours we had to wait an additional hour and a half to gain access to the unit. Would have given a 5 if the check in experience was fluent

Nice place, misleading / confusing sleeping options

Responsive host and nice place. My only issue was listing photos showed 4 rooms: 3 queen beds plus 2 singles. But reviewing the listing just before the trip, the listing read only 3 rooms: 1 king, 1 queen and a single and double. The apartment actually contained a king bed, 2 singles, a queen bed and a foldout sofa bed. There were 8 of us traveling. I would not have chosen a sofa bed as one of our sleeping options had this been clear. Otherwise, we were very happy with the apartment, pool and service.

There are several maintenance issues with the unit. No instructions on how to turn on the water heater Master bedroom door latch installed backwards. Safe battery dead Dishwasher doesn't work. Master bedroom blinds broken Carpet VERY dirty The property is really nice We would stay again

could use some new carpets and paint

unit is large and spacious but really we sprucing and cleanliness of carpet. My granddaughters feet were black. I have to come out of the shower and walking on the living room csrpet also the very first day. we called the front desk who are very nice and told them filtration system on the refrigerator did not work. They came to look at it and said they would order part that was a month ago we left today still never heard from the owner or management, and it never was fixed owner of the unit is looking to increase prices . I love Bahama Bay resort that was super crowded and we don’t do anything about people who save 14 chairs around the pool by 7 AM. We could go to the pool behind our building a whole month. They put towels on the chairs and you better not go near those chairs first time in four years, I’ve written negative review it’s not my nature but this time since he almost doubled the price also, I think people should know what they’re getting

Beautiful Property

This was our second stay at Bahama Bay which is a lovely property. It's a great location with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The heated pool was awesome! We had the 3 bdrm 2 bath unit with a large heart shaped jetted soaking tub on the third floor. Elevators would have been a nice feature when this complex was built. I should have asked what floor the unit was on. We had issues with check in. The owner or manager never responded to our request for check in instructions. When I called the number for Bahama Bay the day before our stay I was told that since it was a private rental through VRBO they could not help me in any way. The staff person was not helpful at all. When I asked, "What are we supposed to do if we arrive and STILL have had no communication from the owner/manager?" She put me on hold and when she returned I was told to come to the service desk at check in. It was a simple matter of giving us a key (the card-type used in hotels) I have no idea why I had such difficulty in getting my check in questions answered. The owner/manager never responded to our messages. The staff person on the phone was rude and abrupt. The unit itself, BLDG 36, room #216 was 4 star. It had the exact same dining table, chairs and bar stools as the previous unit we stayed in and they were very difficult to move on the carpet. The kitchen and bathrooms were tiled. The entire unit is in need of some TLC. The kitchen cabinets had been painted white at some point but the paint was chipping away. All the bedrooms had the same white duvet cover as you find in your every day hotel room which was shown in the photos. I loved the heart shaped jetted tub and large shower in the master bath. The previous unit we stayed in was totally updated with all new appliances and paint and the same floor plan. Much more effort was put into that unit to decorate it and make it seem more homey and it was less expensive. When we had a problem the manager of that unit came promptly. The blinds in the living area were difficult to open due to the absent wand to turn them. Light bulbs were missing and/or not functioning. We stayed here for 3 nights after a week in Cocoa Beach. After our first stay here we didn't want to stay anywhere else. Despite the communication problems we would definitely stay at Bahama Bay again and research the units more thoroughly. Bahama Bay is wonderful despite the 40 steps up to the 3rd floor lugging 50lb suitcases and groceries.

Chalet très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien. Vue imprenable sur la vallée et la montagne! Le propriétaire est très disponible pour tout besoin pendant la durée de la location. Nota: respecter la consigne de faire demi-tour plus haut pour prendre le chemin d'accès au chalet très facilement avec des voitures plutôt basses.
