The new apartment for 7 people, modern and luxurious 150m2 on the 4th floor not overlooked, with a private terrace of 150m2 with a barbecue, a garden and a waterfall with panoramic views: north of the bay of Algiers, south hills of the hinterland, is located in Benzerga, Bordj El Kiffan, 10 'tram that goes to Algiers center and 20' from the airport by car. The 4th floor as well as the terrace of the 5th floor which offers a 360 ° panoramic view is reserved and accessible only to the tenant. The building, quiet with a guard on the ground floor, is equipped with surveillance camera and private parking. We will pick you up and take you back to the airport. Possibility to rent a car with preferential rate.
