Perfect Gite

This gite is amazing, even better than the pictures suggest. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the owners are lovely too. I would not hesitate to recommend this place, and would definitely like to return one day.

Great place to stay

We had a fantastic stay here in the house and used the pool a lot! A great halfway point between Calais and Nice if driving down. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. When we stayed the temperature was over 30 degs outside but it did not feel too warm inside which was helpful. The property has a huge garden with swings and a play house which was fun for the kids to use. The property is about an hour out of Lyon where did a day trip but we mostly stayed at home and played by the pool.

Tolle Lage des Hauses, sehr ruhig & schöner Pool. Vermieter sehr nett aber "verbal" erhebliche Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. (Kaum Englisch, ...nicht wie angegeben)Schriftlich oder per App geht aber gut.Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools sollte man zwingend beachten, nach 16:00 Uhr gehört jener welcher den Vermietern.Der Grill ist ein Elektrogrill, ...feuert aber richtig gut!Die Liegen am Pool halten wir für nicht mehr zeitgemäß..Sehr alt, die Armlehnen heizen sich sehr auf. Darüber hinaus ist eine Bauchlage & damit Rückenbräunung nicht möglich mit den vorhanden Liegen. Das 2. Modell ist noch weniger tauglich.Küche im Haus ist sehr gut, das Induktionsfeld nahm aber den kleinsten Topf nicht. Die obere Etage wird sehr warm bei heißen Außentemperaturen, einen Ventilator oder Klima gibt es nicht. (Nur Dachfenster)Am TV wurde uns gesagt gibt es nur französisches Fernsehen. Wir hatten unseren WaipuTV - Stick dabei und nutzen ihn auch. Leider fingen die Probleme beim Internet nach kurzer Zeit an. Der Router, der nicht zugänglich für die Gäste ist, musste jedesmal neu gestartet werden weil er ständig abstürzte. Offenbar lief zuviel Traffic auf. Nach Deinstallieren des Sticks wurde es besser bis zum vorletzten Tag. TikTok/YouTube reichte auch schon um uns offline zu schicken. Speed war gut, wahrscheinlich eine Routereinstellung. Das Bad ist wie man sich das wünscht, die Toilette (separat) wirkt aber wie aus den 1990 Jahren und ist eng.Das Doppelbett ist typisch französisch.

Ein 5-Sterne-Haus wäre besser für Sie geeignet, was unser Ferienhaus jedoch nicht vorgibt. Es war bei Ihrer Ankunft sehr sauber, funktional und entsprach der Beschreibung. Nous avons bien accueilli par les propriétaires et avons beaucoup apprécié le gîte : il est aménagé avec goût, au calme et très propre. Parfait pour une famille avec des jeunes enfants : notre fils de 7 ans a adoré le coin nuit en mezzanine fermée et le coin jeux. Nous avons passé un week-end très reposant et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! (PS : merci pour la gelée de fruits rouges maison, elle était excellente) Merci encore pour la gelée

Fantastisk dejlig feriebolig

Vi var meget glade for at afslutte vores 2 måneders rundrejse i Frankrig i dette dejlige feriehus hvor alt var i orden og hvor der var masser af plads. Værtsparret var vældig sæde og serviceminded og området omkring huset var meget smukt

Schönes Haus und toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Wir hatten 14 sehr schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus in Lay. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit und gaben Tipps für Ausflüge. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten mal hier.

Zeer proper alles was aanwezig! Vriendelijke gastvrouw 1min punt zwembad is maar beschikbaar van 10.00 tot 16.00 uur.(zou wel moeten vermeld worden in de advertentie) Wij zijn er wel langer mogen in blijven omdat we het niet wisten maar om 17.00uur moesten we eruit. Voor de rest is het een zeer mooie locatie en streek! Heel verzorgd communicatie via mail tussen de eigenaars was ook goed

Great cottage with stommigheid pool

the cottage is spacious and fully furnished with all necessities and many extras. It was super clean. The pool is magnificent. downside: the beds are quite short and equipped with a headboard and a footboard, so less suitable for tall people. the furniture in the spacious living room does not invite you to relax after a long day of activities. however, we have lived outside a lot, so it was no problem for us. The furniture on the terrace is fine, as is the parasol. the garden is very spacious. the owners are very friendly and always willing to help or advise. the area is quiet but you can ride beautiful routes, cycling or walking. we have had 2 excellent weeks.

La maison est propre et fonctionnelle.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour ! La piscine, la maison et le jardin sont très bien. La maison est dans un petit village. Il y a les commerces de première nécessité. Pour les visites nous ne nous sommes pas ennuyés pour une semaine mais il fallait faire un peu de route à chaque fois. La région est reposante, peu touristique. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au calme.
