Great place to stay when visiting Kauai.

Great location, awesome view from the lanai. Pool and hot tub were great. Bathrooms need a little updating, but overall a great place. I would stay there again for sure.

Great Place for the family

Great place for this leg of our Family vacation. Everything we needed was provided by the owner. Photos need to be updated on VRBO as there is new construction next door that is directly viewed from the patio.

Was as advertised. Beautiful views from the lanai. The condo was surprisingly well stocked with toiletries, beach gear, towels, etc. would stay again. Nice new fridge with ice maker.

Everything was as expected. It was clean and quiet with nice amenities like a community pool/hottub, beach stuff in the closet, beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen in regards to pots/pans, cups, utensils, etc.

Great location

Clean condo. Had all the utensils, pots, needed for cooking. Fabulous location. Mere minutes walk doen to the ocean. Would have been nice to have use of the deck. But it was undergoing maintenance.

Amazing views!

Property is a bit dated, but the views from the lanai are amazing. The condo is in good shape and the owners have stocked the kitchen well enough to easily cook meals. They also supply beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, etc. Nice location, easy walking to both Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. Jackie was a great property manager, very quick to respond and provided us with thorough check-in/out instructions.

Lovely place, great view

We loved our stay. The place was nicer than expected. The view out the deck was great. There is an even better view on the property around the corner where you can see the whole coast. It is great for sunsets. We loved the sound of the ocean at night and the birds as well. The pool is lovely, clean, and spacious. Hot tub too. There were lots of beach supplies like boogie boards etc. Right next to the Heritage trail and a moderate walk to 2 great beaches. Great place.

Great

We enjoyed the location of this property and sitting out in the patio. For the most part, the place looked clean, but we found a used towel left hanging on the bathroom door upon check-in and a small cockroach that came in/out from behind the master bathroom mirror! It also gets hot in the master bedroom so we had to keep the sliding door open to allow air-conditioned air in. Overall, despite these two issues, it was a comfortable stay and an even nicer location.

Should be up dated

Needs to be up dated. Cupboards are old, don't close well and are painted. Stove top elements didn't heat well. Lanai had temporary supports for safety.

Great location and view

This was a perfect size unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a large kitchen. Location was close to waterfront trail to Hyatt Hotel and walk to Poipu Beach. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking pans, but didn't have any coffee filters or salt/pepper. There was plenty of paper products, but missing bath soap and laundry detergent. When walking with socks, the floor was noticeably dirty. Big selection of beach equipment and large towels. Large TV and easy to use remote. We would definitely book this unit again.

Perfect location condo

We loved staying at this property! There was an easy 1/2 mile coastal walking path with tremendous vistas. We had sunrise views from the balcony & also were fortunate to see whales spouting. There was also a vantage point on property for beautiful sunsets, although we generally enjoyed those from Poipu beach (a 1/2 mile walk the other way). The property was well stocked with kitchenware, washer & dryer, & a smart TV. With the breeze & fans, we were never too hot & were happy not to listen to an a/c compressor. We were very comfortable here & hope to rebook this same unit on our next Kuaui visit. Also, the self check-in was easy & the properties manager Jackie was very quick to respond, courteous, & gracious. We were also surprised with a nice welcome basket containing some local flavors.

Very Noisy Unit

The unit is on the second floor and very noisy with people walking around upstairs at all hours of the night. We would wake up at 3am to the sound of footsteps- and at 6am, etc. so there must be very little insulation between the floors. There are homes being built next door so you see construction debris. The unit was nicely furnished. The linens were nice and the beds comfortable. The very nice thing is the location to the walking path. It is right on the path with easy access.
