We totally enjoyed our 3 nights! The apartment is located in a very peaceful neighborhood and is within walking distance to the historic district. The apt was clean and has all the amenities you would want. Highly recommend!

Unit was clean ,very comfortable and looked like it was recently renovated . Location was excellent for walking to the historic district and close to beaches, yet in a nice, safe quiet neighborhood. Check-in was easy.

Was a great experience.location cant be beat! Very clean Chris the host is very attentive it was very convenient to have laundry room, full kitchen and Chris made it very special with the additional little touches thank you

Chris the host was great! The apartment was spotless and looked just like the photos. Chris was able to get us in earlier for check in too. The historical St. Augustine old town was just a walk over the bridge. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect few days

This was a great location to stay, park your car, and walk across to the restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the short drive to Anastasia State Park. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great apartment walkable to historic area of St. Augustine, restaurants and even the lighthouse. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway.

very clean, comfortable couch and bed, no hassle parking. all the amenities needed were there (altho a TV in the bedroom would have been nice :)) Enjoyed our stay very much.
