This is the perfect place to stay while visiting St. Augustine. The home is close to everything you would like to see. We stayed three nights and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful views, great location, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again. Stayed over New Years and could see fire works from around town over the marsh land. Short walk to one of the old town trolley stops. From there we were able to see all of the historic town without worrying about parking.

The rental was as described. It was clean and very accommodating. The location is one of the best features. Nice sunsets, and within walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to see. I will recommend this property to others. Check in was a breeze, easy to find, communication was excellent. And my wife and I both are grateful for the amenities present upon our arrival and attention during our stay..

Beautiful sunset very nice apartment very clean and walking distance which is a plus on the night we stayed parking was 40 for the night and everything was full thanks God we could walk over less than 10 minutes.

Such a great place to stay while visiting St. Augustine! Close enough for downtown accessibility, yet enough off the beaten path to be quiet and relaxing. Lots of personal touches from the hosts make this the perfect getaway!

The property was very comfortable, beautiful gardens, gorgeous views from our unit, a neat, walkable area, great location from downtown. We had a couple questions throughout our stay and the hosts always responded very quickly and helpfully.

The apartment was very spacious and exactly as portrayed in the photos. The property was really pretty with lots of foliage. The kitchen was well appointed and had what we needed. Michael and Hyacinth were excellent hosts and communicated very well throughout the process. We walked everywhere! Once we parked at the apartment, we never drove again! The walk to the downtown area was easy 1 mile walk.

It was just as the listing depicted. Clean and comfortable. Loved the landscaping, all of the plants and two lovely fountains. Back balcony was wonderful for watching beautiful sunsets, front porch was a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the lovely sound of the fountains.Communication with the hosts was always quick. I will be back soon.

This was a delightful find on the second story of this cottage facing the west over the swamp area of Saint Augustine. Lush landscaping in the yard and the upstairs apartment looked newly refurbished and quite interesting – like being in an art gallery. The kitchen was well stocked, communication was excellent both with in the house, but with the host as well. In a quiet neighborhood away from the business of old Saint Augustine, but easily accessible with a trolley or walking. Also close to current day amenities on the other side of the water. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location and close to all the sites. Made it very easy to do little trips. The restaurants/bars down the street were a fantastic! Bed was comfy, kitchen a good size. Would recommend!!

A good-sized apartment in a quiet setting, yet close to historic town. It was peaceful overlooking the marsh to the west and also watching the sunset. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage to unpack clothes. The kitchen was well supplied. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Leather recliner furniture in the living room with a beautiful fully loaded everything you need. kitchen and A dining Room Table set For a king. The bedroom furniture is made of wood with a modern bathroom. with washer and dryer. And comfortable mattress and king size bed. The house is air conditioned with temperature control system. You will be impressed the moment you arrived very safe and quiet neighborhood We never meet the owners but we communicate with test messages and they are very friendly and respectful.

We had a great stay! The property was close to everything yet still quiet and peaceful, which made it the best of both worlds. The hosts were solid communicators, very flexible, and offered a fair price—everything felt easy and stress-free. The garden was absolutely beautiful and added so much charm to the experience.
