The Neighborhood:
This cabin sits directly over the historic Roaring Fork Stream—one of the most tranquil and scenic areas of Gatlinburg. Surrounded by forest but just 0.9 miles from the Parkway, you get the perfect mix of nature and access. Feel the breeze from the water, listen to the stream below your deck, and enjoy being walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local attractions—all while staying in your own private slice of the Smokies.
Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze. A Gatlinburg trolley stop is just down the street, and a nearby sidewalk connects you straight to downtown. Whether you're strolling into town or hopping on public transit, you'll find that everything is just minutes away. For those looking to venture into the national park or surrounding mountain roads, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle—especially during rainy or winter conditions. Parking for 1 vehicle is available at the cabin.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
• Parking available for 1 vehicle.
• 4x4 vehicle recommended for exploring the greater Smoky Mountains region.
• Fireplace is gas and operates seasonally (Oct–Mar).
• Coffee maker is standard drip—please bring your own coffee.
• The Roaring Fork Stream is stocked weekly—fishing licenses can be purchased locally.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Thank you for your review. We are so glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting by the stream and found everything clean and comfortable. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
We had an amazing stay, the cabin was beautiful especially with the creek right next to it. You could constantly hear the sound of the rushing water, it was very relaxing. The bed was comfy and the cabin was very cozy and checking in was incredibly easy. We had no issues whatsoever. The only thing I will say is if you have a larger vehicle parking may be a bit tricky, it's sort of a parallel spot for 1 car right next to the road and when you pull out it can be hard to see oncoming traffic past the cabin. I got used to it pretty quick in my full-size pickup though. Was overall a fantastic place to stay and it was very convenient being that close to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again.

Thank you for the wonderful review. We are so glad you enjoyed the relaxing sound of the creek and found the cabin cozy and convenient for your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the parking area and will certainly keep your comments in mind. We hope to host you again soon.
Great place! Great location, close to everything you need but far enough away to not be in the middle of the crazy. Beautiful view and sounds of the water. The hot tub is a great amenity and with a view! Things to be aware of that is not anyone’s fault and not to be held against the host- the parking is tight for a truck- if you can parallel park, you can make it work. If you are larger than 5’9”, 250lbs, you might find the bathroom and walkway next to the bed to be a tight squeeze but can be done. Highly recommended, I’d stay again.

Thank you for your review. We are so glad you enjoyed the view and the hot tub during your stay. We appreciate your helpful notes regarding the parking and space, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.
We loved our stay! The hosts were very accommodating and receptive if and when we needed anything! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and although we could have used one or two more garbage bags and toilet paper rolls, we really have no complaints! The cabin was beautiful, we had a great view of the river, we’re right in the heart of Gatlinburg and saw bear every day we stayed! Thank you so much!!!

Thank you for your kind words! We are so glad you enjoyed the river views and the wildlife during your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the supplies and have noted your comments for the future. We hope to host you again soon!
The cabin is wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. The host made every step of the rental easy to understand. It was too hot to use the hot tub but sitting in the rocking chair, overlooking the river rapids on your own private patio, was a major highlight. Close enough to get anywhere in town in minutes, but just far enough off the strip to enjoy some peace and quiet. Perfection.

Thank you for your kind words. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the river views from the patio and found the cabin to be a comfortable, peaceful retreat. We hope to host you again sometime.
Nice stay with excellent commutation. The sound of the creek waters was a constant roar which was a big reason we booked this property. Very nice to hear and watch. The hot tub is not very private and we didn't use it. As for parking there is room for one car and we had no problems parking. How ever exiting was not very safe. The parking area is inside a down hill curve and the cabin blocked your view pulling out. You just can not see down hill traffic until they are right on you. We had a pleasant stay.

We appreciate your candid feedback regarding the hot tub privacy and the visibility when exiting the parking area, as we always value hearing about our guests' perspectives.
It was amazing, cabin had everything we needed and was close to many attractions. Beautiful view from the cabin, and the water rolling by the creek was beautiful.

Overall not bad. Pictures are a bit different than property. Parking is very difficult and the road noise is loud. Property sits on the edge of the road, and I do mean edge.

It was wonderful! Exactly what we needed. We came from Tampa. We had 3 full years of hurricane repairs and this place was so relaxing! I couldn’t get my husband to come inside . He sat outside just listening to the water flowing and the birds. It was just gorgeous. And felt so welcoming! Thank you ! We will be back!

This was a great place! Easy in, easy out, not smack-dab in the middle of all the insanity but an easy couple of minutes in the car gets you there (which is exactly what we wanted). Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your kind words. We're glad our team could assist in finding a property that suited your needs and made your stay more enjoyable.
This cottage is an absolute little gem. The location to the stream and walkability to downtown is fabulous. It is very minimalist so be prepared that there aren't extra towels. If you are a hot tubber bring your own. Additionally if you are cooking bring salt and pepper as there are no basics or extra anything. That being said there is everything you need for a delightful stay with the sound of the stream for the best night sleep. CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN!

Cabin was great, perfect cozy atmosphere for a romantic getaway. Hot tub right next to the stream (Can't put into words how amazing it is to sleep with the sound of the stream right there lol) awesome view, super clean, and best of all, the communication from the lister is top notch, usually receiving a response in less than 5 minutes!
