New detached chalet of 110 sqm classified 3 stars placed on a plot of 50 ares in a quiet and exceptional at 600 m altitude. In this natural setting, it will allow you to do many hikes and activities in Alsace and Lorraine. Located in the Vosges and 2 km from Alsace. Many marked trails.
- 20 km from Villé, Saint Die, Schirmeck, Sainte Marie aux Mines, Senones.
- 40 km from Gerardmer, 40 km from the Schlucht pass, 20 km from the Champs du feu.
- 65 km from Strasbourg, 55 km from Colmar, 40 km Haut Koenigsbourg.
* Near the wine route. 30 minutes from the Park of Attraction of Fraispertuis and 1 hour 20 from the center of attraction "Europapark"
* Near the ski slopes. (Fields of fire, Gérardmer, La Bresse)

The chalet includes:

Possibility to sleep on a sofa bed

- 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster ...) but also raclette oven, pierrade, crepe maker.
- The kitchen opens onto a living room of 40 m². Through the large bay window, you will access a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
- A mezzanine where you can admire the beauty of nature sitting quietly in armchairs.
- You will also find a ping pong table and a baby foot for good fun moments with family or friends.
- Heating by pellet stove + electric convectors

All travelers are welcome in our chalet. It is entirely reserved for them.
We are discreet but we remain at your disposal in case of need. We are good advisors to show you hikes throughout the area.
- Possibility to rent the weekend or short stay.
- Sheets are included in the rental, the beds are made.
- Cleaning is also included in the rental price
- Heating and electrical charges: Heating by pellet stove is not included in the rental price, we ask a package of 5 € per bag of 15 kg of pellets provided by the owner. EDF: the electrical charges are included in the limit of a fixed rate of 50 KWh for the stay. The supplement will be 0.20 € the KWh. A meter reading will be done in your presence

Gorgeous

The house is beautiful and spacious--among the nicest rentals we've visited. If anything, it's lovelier in real life than it looks in the photos. Our week didn't go as planned for a handful of reasons, and we ended up spending a lot more time at the house than we intended. I was worried about the energy fees, housebound in winter as we were--but it wasn't bad at all. Under other circumstances, I doubt we'd have gone over. I think having everything itemized as it is with this property works out in favor of the renter--you pay for what you use and no more.

Le chalet est très bien situé, les propriétaires sont très disponibles et accueillants. La propreté est parfaite et il ne manque de rien. Juste un petit bémol concernant la literie, les lits 2 personnes sont vraiment très petits et le matelas (à l'étage) est vraiment très dur. Mais à part ça, nous recommandons vraiment le chalet, une valeur sûre pour passer un très bon moment en famille.

Sehr schönes Chalet in absolut ruhiger Lage

Es ist ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Chalet, das am Rand einer kleinen Ortschaft liegt, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Besonders die unmittelbare Nähe zu mehreren Wanderwegen hat uns sehr gefallen. Für die unmittelbare Versorgung gibt es im Nachbarort Saales einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt.

Superbe chalet à l'orée du bois

Fête de Noël en famille où nous avons apprécié le calme et l'environnement avec la proximité immédiate de la forêt. Nombreuses balades au départ du chalet et visite des environs. Belle et récente construction en bois pour huit personnes, avec un petit bémol pour les oreillers trop minces à notre goût, il manque un peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine et le micro ondes est placé trop haut pour les petites tailles . Nous avons apprécié la décoration de Noël , les jeux de société, la table de ping pong, le baby foot pour nos jeunes et les informations touristiques à disposition.

Delightful cabin in the mountains

The cabin is well-built, modern and quite new and fresh. Although it was only the two of us, we enjoyed the space. When it was fine we enjoyed the large sliding doors and terrace. When it was a bit chilly the upstairs lounge was great and relaxing. The place was very clean and had everything you need, including table tennis. Although a new bread knife would be good! The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well presented. Christian and Sophie made us feel very welcome despite the language difference. The location is lovely - not too far off the main roads, but you can still enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. There is a small village 5 mins drive with a train station (to Strasbourg 1 hr) and a convenience store. You can walk out from the property up the hill and further if you wish. There are lots of other sites nearby, but some with a bit of a drive. Would recommend.

Chalet plus qu’agréable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Déco soignée, coin salon confortable, cuisine bien équipée… rien ne manque. En plus, pour le plaisir des grands et petits un baby-foot, une table de ping-pong et des jeux de société. Sans parler de la gentillesse des propriétaires. A ne pas manquer !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, le chalet est vraiment magnifique, trés propre, décorer avec goût, il manque rien aussi bien pour cuisiner que pour jouer (jeux société de tous âges, livres, baby-foot, table de ping-pong sont a disposition). Le chalet est très bien située, nous avons pu visiter Gérardmer, le col de Schlucht, Colmar et fait de nombreuses randonnée. Les hôtes sont très agréables et gentils. Je vous recommande fortement +++ déjà hâte d'y retourner :)

Silvester in „La Grand Fosse“

Wunderschönes, top ausgestattetes Haus am Waldrand. Es mangelnde an nichts. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig, die offene Küche mit Wohnzimmer und Terrassenzugang ebenfalls prima. Super war auch die kinderfreundlichkeit des Hauses, Brett- und Gesellschaftsspiele sind vorhanden und der Tischkicker und die Tischtennisplatte fand auch bei uns Eltern großen Zuspruch! Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Das Haus und auch der Inventar sind modern und teilweise auch wie neu. Das gesamte Haus und Grundstück außerdem sehr gepflegt. Wer es ruhig mag und sich ein wenig vom stressigen Alltag erholen will, ist hier goldrichtig. Ebenfalls hervorzuheben sind die sehr liebenswürdigen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
