My family and I (grandparents and 3 kids) stayed for 5 nights. We were blown away by the spectacular view of the ocean from this unit. We've stayed at Sonoran Sun many times and this unit is by far the best location, close to the beach and the ocean and the pool and the best view! The unit was stocked with everything we needed (and more). We will definitely bring our family to this unit again!!

A Perfect Getaway.

We had a wonderful time at Daves property. We loved the location of the property. He had great comfy furniture for the patio. The beds too were comfortable and the walk-in shower was great after a day at the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked too. One of the nights was windy and cold and it was nice to stay in and have a large quality TV with movie channels we could watch. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Time

We had an amazing stay and hope to return soon. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. We cooked in almost every meal and the kitchen is very well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and sim up bar every day and we all got massages at the spa as well. We hung out on the patio every night and had such a wonderful time.

Great location and property

We had a total party of 10 between our two families and the property accommodated us well. The outdoor porch area was a perfect place to watch the sunset and just hang out. Easy access to the pool and beach. It was also nice to have a little convenience store and restaurant at the resort. We had a little plumbing issue which was quickly resolved with a call to David. He was always quick to respond and very friendly. We would stay here again.

Flooding in E101

The stay was great until water started dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen then progressing through the walls in one of the bedrooms. Apparently a water break occurred from another unit. We finally had to have towels on the floor to help with the amount of water coming in. Other than that the stay was great.

I appreciate the review but not the rating. The flood had nothing to do with my condo and I greatly appreciate you informing me but you really hurt my listing by submitting a 3 star rating when it was not my property that had the issue. When a low rating gets submitted it knocks the listing down the search list and prevents others from finding it and renting. The ceiling has been torn down and replaced the day after you checked out so the leak has been repaired. I'm happy you enjoyed your stay. Thank you, David

We had a GREAT time! The condo is in the perfect location. Very close to the beach, very convenient for families with children! The condo was very clean, in great condition and again I can’t say it enough… the location was perfect. The only feedback I’d give is the pull out couch mattress is uncomfortable, fine for kids but if your picky on your sleeping the pull out couch might not be for you. But There’s several other beds that are very comfortable in the condo. We will definitely be back!!

We have stayed at this facility before on mid level floors. The ground floor with direct access to the beach was the best. Didn’t have to wait for slow, small elevator. Would definitely book this unit again.

Perfect spot on ground level, steps to ocean. AC was great even during hot humid time of year. Right in front of grass area where beach access and showers are. Also right next to pool. Everything we needed as far as supplies, blankets pillows games puzzles books cooking utensils etc. 2 fridges very convenient! Parking right to your door also helped with unloading. Great place!!
