This house is located on the hill of Pech des moulins, it was renovated in 2015, the facilities are recent and standards. The bathroom has a shower for simplicity, the kitchen is arranged to go to the basics, you will have two steps to reach the children's room, and the same to reach the room of adults.
The pavilion also has large storage space, it is also equipped with a washing machine, microwave coffee maker, toaster etc ...

The clarity of the pavilion is a highlight, the height of the ceiling of the living room offers a sense of space.
About the outside, the garden of an area of 40m, you will be able to take your meals outside under the arbor, and the secure garden shed will offer you the opportunity to store your bikes, and chairs beach. BBQ facilities are available.
A private parking space in front of the garden is at your disposal.

The residence is raised and flowered, it is located in a residential area, the nearest beach is the chalets, you have a secure bike path to reach it if you wish.
Moreover, as soon as you leave the pavilion you can access an exceptional environment, because of the proximity to a large protected natural space, you will appreciate the point of view especially during the fireworks on the pond of Gruissan and the tower Barbarossa is certainly the shortest way to the old village.

Malgré un temps un peu mitigé, nous avons visité le centre ville à 10 min à pieds du logement, nous nous sommes promenés sur la plage, dans le port et aux bords des étangs. Le logement est confortable avec une belle terrasse; la deuxième chambre est plus destinée à des enfants.

Wie schon im vergangen Jahr haben wir hier eine Woche verbracht. Das Chalet ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und zuverlässig. Der einzige Nachteil sind die kleinen Schlafzimmer. Bei der großen Hitze ist das oft nachts etwas schwierig. Aber das Chalet und die Vermieter sind sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous sommes littéralement tombés sous le charme de Gruissan qui permet de faire aussi bien des randonnées que des balades à vélo. La nature environnante est magnifique. Logement très joli, très propre, calme et bien situé - proche du village, des marinas, des restaurants et des plages. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Gruissan et reviendrions à ce même endroit sans hésitation. La propriétaire et très gentille, le contrat de location est clair et détaillé, bref, rien à redire, c'est un endroit génial! Merci!

Le suivi du contrat de location s'est très bien déroulé. Propriétaire soigneux et ponctuel.

Location très fonctionnelle et bien située pour nous qui n'avions pas comme priorité d'être logés en front de mer. Ilôt très caĺme. Accès port et commerces à pieds très aisé en 5 minutes. Accès Gruissan village très rapide. Accès plage des chalets 6 mn à vélo par piste cyclable. Nous avons profité de la mer (baignade au mois de mai) du port et de ses commerces et bars et restaurants nombreux, des randonnées à pieds dans le massif de la Clape et en VTT sur les sentiers balisés. Visite de Narbonne à 12 km. Il nous est resté tant de choses à faire qu'une seule semaine n'a pas suffit. Nous reviendrons car les paysages sont magnifiques et les gens très accueillants.

Sympathique accueil des propriétaires, maison très bien située, lumineuse, parfait état, fonctionnelle, terrasse agréable, pas de vis à vis. Très bel environnement. GRUISSAN à découvrir à pied en 5 mn par l'arrière du pavillon. Que de visites à faire ! Pour les amateurs de vélo, belles randonnées et local fermé pour les entreposer.
