Bien que l’appartement soit situé au cœur du vieux Nice dans un quartier touristique il est calme. Très bon emplacement à proximité de la promenade, au pied du château, du port pratique pour prendre le bus.Nous recommandons cet appartement. Propriétaire très à l’écoute

I've stayed in 30 different places in the last 2 years and this one was hands down, one of the best. The apartment is quaint and I loved the brick. I was thrilled by the kitchen because it was fully stocked with what I needed to cook a full meal. They also had plenty of supplies so I wasn't having to buy items for only a few days.The area was amazing!! I loved being able to walk to the beach within 3 minutes. The neighborhood was full of cute stores as well as a wide variety of restaurants with cuisines from around the world.Highly recommend.

Très bon séjour

Le logement est très bien situé au cœur du vieux Nice . Il est propre, très bien équipé. La communication est fluide et rapide avec les propriétaires . Il est conforme aux photos. Une climatisation serait parfaite pour cette période de canicule car les ventilateurs suffisent à peine.

Nice old town

Over all great location to explore old town and to catch bus or trams to other parts of Nice.. Lots of great restaurants- shopping and cafe . Close to sea to walk and explore. My only issue was walking up and down the inclined if raining or with luggage's. Not made for older guests. Unit wad quite and clean !

Didn’t have a chance to meet Mtchel or Stephanie, but thankful to the experience, we were so happy to delve into the beauties of the old town and swimming ehich was hust 5 minutes by walk.

Ideally situated in the heart of the old town but still retaining a quieter ambience. Close to lots of restaurants and 5 mins from the beach. The property is compact but has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay. David & Gillian

Séjour très agréable dans un lieu très bien situé!

Super emplacement, même si je n’avais pas compris qu’il n’y aurait pas de parking. Du coup nous avons eu un budget parking non prévu. Mais pour le reste, vraiment un super emplacement, à côté de nombreux restaurants, un appartement très charmant et propre, avec tout le nécessaire.

Great location, great place

Lovely little apartment perfectly located with a short walk from all the must see places. The hosts were very helpful and quick with their replies and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely come and stay again.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé

Cet appartement est top pour deux personnes, très bien situé à proximité du cours saleya et de la mer. Idéal pour être près de tout. Cuisine équipée, télé et tout ce qu'il faut. Le seul bémol si je peux dire c'est qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul rouleau de papier toilette (1 semaine de location), nous avons dû aller en acheter, le savon dans la salle de bain était vide. Sinon à part ces deux petites choses, il n'y a vraiment rien à redire, le propriétaire répond très vite aux messages et est de bons conseils. Une super semaine à Nice.
