parfait pour une escapade en groupe.

Excellent accueil du propriétaire, disponible, à l'écoute et réactif. Le gite est parfait pour accueillir un groupe. Il est très calme. Avons profité de la terrasse, du barbecue et d'un espace intérieur confortable : grande table pour les repas, plusieurs réfrigérateurs (non négligeable en période de chaleur). Situation du gite à proximité de la mer (fort Mahon, Berck). Possibilité de garer plusieurs voitures près du gite. Petite aire de jeux pour les enfants. En revanche, déçue par l'annonce du gite sur la plateforme Abritel : descriptif du logement trop général. L'équipement intérieur (nombre de chambres, nombre de lits 1 ou 2 personnes , nombre de sanitaires, équipement de la cuisine et matériel, ne figure pas. J'ai dû me débrouiller autrement pour obtenir les informations.. Documents de réservation et de facturation également peu clairs (taxe de séjour par jour et par personne non connue, consommation électrique facturée en plus non indiquée). Heures d'arrivée et de départ précisées sur le contrat différentes de celles pratiquées habituellement par le logeur. Par ailleurs, la transmission de mes messages par mail a fonctionné.
