In the heart of Quercy Blanc, come and discover this charming stone house, completely renovated while respecting the original buildings. This spacious cottage is located in the village of Lhospitalet, 10 km from Cahors and 21 km from Montcuq. This location allows you to discover Cahors and the Lot valley up to Saint-Cirq Lapopie.
This 100 m² cottage is located in a quiet hamlet of 3 houses and is attached to the owner. Access is by stairs: on the first level, large living room including living / dining room with exposed stone walls, convertible sofa (sleeps 2) armchairs; large fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher); bathroom and separate wc. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140 and a boat bed 120 = and a bathroom (wc + sink). The cottage has an outdoor area accessible from the kitchen with garden furniture and barbecue.
