The apartment offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Located on the 13th floor, it overlooks the marina of Sotogrande and Gibraltar in the background. You can sit on the balcony and gaze at the vast expanse of ocean. Africa is in the distance. The ground floor is a few steps from the water. The apartment is in a quiet area next to a shallow bay. A few meters away you will find shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets in Torreguadiaro. A longer walk will take you to the center of the Sotogrande Marshes with its own bars and restaurants, as well as another sheltered sandy beach. The establishment also has a 2 th apartment with 2 beds, which can accommodate a total of 10 a group of 10 people.
It is a superb holiday area by the sea, but alive all year round with its many bars and restaurants, but also golf, mountains and Spanish villages nearby.
