a lovely house - very well decorated and in a good location

We enjoyed our stay in Santec very much. The house is quite new and decorated to a high standard. The hosts were welcoming and answered our questions quickly. It is possible to walk to the beach in about 10 minutes which our kids really enjoyed. We also enjoyed visits to Roscoff (10 minutes by car) and we highly recommend Les Amiets beach in nearby Cleder (15 minutes by car). There is a nice market in Kerfissien (Cleder) on Sunday mornings (next to the beach).

Perfekter Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus

Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Teenagern und zwei Pudeln zwei wunderschöne Wochen! Das Haus ist perfekt und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Sehr ruhig und nah am Meer gelegen. Eingezäuntes und sehr gepflegtes Grundstück, perfekt für die Hunde. Auch am Strand sind Hunde immer willkommen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Nach einem Jahr sind wir nach Santec zurückgekehrt und haben wieder 2 wunderbare Wochen im Maison du Venec verbracht. Das Haus war wie schon letztes Jahr super sauber, die Möblierung und sonstige Ausstattung sind ohnehin perfekt. Man merkt dem Haus an, dass die Familie Bertevas großen Wert auf seine Instandhaltung legt. Anne-Laure ist für Gäste immer erreichbar und hat viele gute Tipps parat. Für uns war es fast wie nach Hause kommen, und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir hier unseren Urlaub verbringen. Die Umgebung mit fantastischen Stränden, interessanten Städten und großartigen Restaurants sowie das tolle Wetter haben den Urlaub perfekt gemacht! Vielen Dank, liebe Anne-Laure + Familie! Erholsamer Urlaub bei wunderbaren Gastgebern

Wir kommen gerade von 2 großartigen Wochen Urlaub in Santec nach Hause. Alle vorherigen positiven Bewertungen können wir nur bestätigen. Das Haus sowie der schöne und gepflegte Garten lassen wirklich keine Wünsche übrig, nie zuvor haben wir ein so komplett ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden (Begrüßungsgeschenke inklusive). Familie Bertevas sind tolle Gastgeber, sie waren stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber in Reichweite zu allem, was wichtig ist (Bäckerei, kleiner Supermarkt, Strände). Roscoff und Saint-Pol-de-Léon bieten zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, liebe Anne-Laure (+ Familie). A bientôt!

Magnifique séjour à Santec

Nous tenons à remercier Anne-Laure pour son accueil chaleureux. On peut dire que les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. La maison est d'une propreté rare. Tout ce qui est décrit dans l'annonce est effectivement à disposition. De plus, on se sent choyé, la propriétaire restant joignable pendant le séjour. Le caractère rural de Santec nous plaît particulièrement. C'est l'authenticité de la Bretagne, entre terre et mer, que l'on trouve ici. Il faut aimer le calme si on choisit ce lieu de vacances. Les promenades le long des plages sont merveilleuses. Loin des pièges à touristes, on se sent comme chez soi. Merci au beau-père de Anne-Laure pour les artichauts et pour sa gentillesse. C'est à regret que j'ai quitté cet endroit reposant. J'espère pouvoir revenir un jour même si je n'aime pas voyager, cela dit tout... Bonne continuation aux propriétaires ☺️

Großartiges Haus in guter Lage und sehr nette Vermieter

Das sehr schöne, nahezu neuwertige Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt nichts vermissen, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die große Terrasse bietet zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne und lässt bei gutem Wetter auch Festmahlzeiten im Freien zu. Der große, abgeschlossene Garten ist top-gepflegt. In fünf Minuten hat man zu Fuß den schönen Strand erreicht, egal, ob man nach Verlassen des Hauses links oder rechts herum geht. Die Vermieter Anne-Laure und Pascal sind sehr freundlich und um das Wohl ihrer Mieter sehr bemüht. Nicht nur, dass wir einen leckeren Willkommensgruß und Tips für alle Eventualitäten vorgefunden haben, sie haben uns auch in einer unglaublich netten und überhaupt nicht selbstverständlichen Art und Weise aus der Patsche geholfen, als wir nach später Anreise ohne Abendessen dastanden. Der Urlaub war somit ein voller Erfolg. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit perfekt. Der Garten super, auch für unseren Hund, komplett eingezäunt. Anne-Laure ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Santec ist ein idealer Ort für Strandurlauber. Er liegt sowohl in der Nähe von Le Dossen (riesiger, in der Nebensaison herrlich leerer Strand) als auch nicht weit von Keremma. Endloser Riesenstrand. Auch überhaupt nicht voll. Wir kommen immer im September und dann sind nie viele Menschen am Strand. Das nahegelegenen Hafenstädtchen Roscoff ist schon etwas voller, aber sehr hübsch mit seinen vielen Restaurants!

Superbe maison, au mobilier moderne et décoration locale qui est clairement un plus à la location. Tout était présent , nous n’avons manqué de rien. Torchons, linge de bain, produit ménagers , fond de cuisine. Le jardin clos a été plus qu’apprécié par june notre berger Australien 🐶 La literie digne d’un hôtel , le petit salon qui a fait passer de merveilleux moment à nos ados et à nous aussi du coup ;) la plage à 500m , une boulangerie , une pharmacie et un Proxi a 500m sont des atouts de taille.. pour les restaurants beaucoup sont malheureusement fermés. Le beach camp à la plage du dossen vaut le détour.. au final nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines dans cette région que nous avons découvert et adopté.

Je n'ai que des éloges à faire sur cette location. Les propriétaires sont adorables et ont été aux petits soins tout le long de mon séjour. La maison est magnifique, tout a été pensé pour que les vacanciers ne manquent de rien et puissent se relaxer et profiter au maximum de leur séjour.

Wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub in Santec

Wir waren im Juli 2019 für zwei Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es wurde sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und erweitert und befindet sich in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Alle Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Die Ausstattung ist exzellent und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und komplett eingefriedet. (Ideal für unseren Hund). Durch die umlaufende Terrasse hat man zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne. Die große Rasenfläche ist optimal für Ballspiele oder ähnliches geeignet. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und in Fußnähe zum Strand. (500 m). Weitere Strände sind in näherer Umgebung gut mit Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen. Eine hervorragende Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Für größere Einkäufe bieten sich die Supermärkte in Saint-Pol-de-Léon an. Hervorragende Restaurants findet man in Roscoff und Saint-Pol-de-Léon. (gerade in der Hauptsaison Reservierung angeraten) Der Kontakt mit den sehr freundlichen Vermietern war sehr angenehm und reibungslos. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Santec. La maison est vaste, très bien équipée (tout est neuf) et la déco au top. Nous avons peu profité de la terrasse, mais celle-ci doit être des plus agréables lorsque la température s'y prête. La maison est située dans un village avec tous les commerces accessibles à pied, ainsi que les plages. La région est magnifique et propice à de multiples visites : Roscoff et Saint Pol de Léon (à 5 mn), Carantec, Morlaix, et l'île de Batz à ne pas manquer. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil très sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison rénovée avec goût et extrêmement bien équipée, aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Calme, plage à proximité (400m), principales commodités dans le bourg.La maison est vaste et confortable, on n'y craint pas d'y passer les jours un peu pluvieux !
