Welcome to your premium vacation rental at the Pelican Beach Resort!

This 18th-floor condo is located directly on the white sands of Destin and it offers unobstructed & boundless views of the beach and the ocean. Our beach-themed decoration serves as eclectic modern and traditional coastal style.

This is relatively a new listing however please check out our other listing at the same building with 100+ great reviews. (vrbo/790961) When you choose our new condo as your vacation rental, you are going to experience the same quality of service and attention to detail that we have been providing for years.

Private bathroom in the master suite and another separate full bathroom in the hallway. Master bathroom has a tub and the second bathroom has a nice roomy shower. Both bathrooms have plenty of storage space.

Kitchen is chef ready with pots & pans, blender, mixer, hand mixer, toaster, coffee machine, and more. You could easily bake or cook your favorites, if you would wish to enjoy the kitchen with a view.
Dining table seats 4, bar stools seat 2 additional.

New 55" 4K UHD LED TV in the living room.
New 40" Smart HDTV LED TV in the bedroom.

Complimentary access to movies, shows, and TV series on Amazon Prime Video, through the TVs both in the living room and the bedroom.

Our condo has a keyless entry door lock system, so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay. Your vacation should be relaxing; no more lockouts or lost keys. You will also have the opportunity to create your own unique code that "you" select for your stay.

Two adult size beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are stored in the condo and available for the use of our guests, as an alternative to the rental beach setups offered by the beach service company. (Please note that the private umbrella & chairs are allowed only behind the rows of beach service rental setups, as part of the resort policies.)

We offer a start-up supply of toilet paper, hand soaps, dish liquid, new dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, trash bags, and paper towels.

Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on each floor, right next to the elevators area.

Pelican Beach Resort is an ideal family resort located in the heart of beautiful Destin, right on the beach. Perfect getaway for your family! It is very conveniently located, only 2,5 miles to the HarborWalk Village and a few minutes away from the shops, restaurants, golf clubs, and bars. Water & adventure park, Big Kahuna's is located right across the street.

Pelican Beach Resort has heated indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, beach services, beachside Tiki Bar, video game room, tennis courts, free parking, EV charging stations, and outdoor grills.

Great views from the 18th floor of ocean & 180 of the Horizon. Parking is free & ample. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Beach access very easy. Beach itself unbelievable!!! Host was super helpful & accommodating. Unit inside was very clean & had pretty much all utensils & appliances you'd need for cooking etc. Full kitchen. Couldn't get the fridge ice maker to work but that may have been user error. 2 full bathrooms & could've slept 5 easily, 6 in a pinch. Great location & set-up! Would definitely recommend & go back myself.

Mom and i came for a quick getaway and this condo was very clean. We had everything we needed. Having the nice beach chairs and umbrella was a hit for us being we flew down.The rooms were decorated very beachy🏝( which ofcouse i love). We had a great time and plan on coming back for sure.

We had a really great time. The bed was really comfortable and clean. The views were amazing. The condo could have been cleaned better, the floors had sand and hair on them, but we were able to sweep that up. The condo had everything we needed and having two bathrooms was great. We really enjoyed the beach chair service from the beach vendor. The on-site restaurant and tiki bar were great and the pools were nice too. All of the staff at the property was friendly and there was excellent communication with the host prior to and during our stay.

Me and my little boy loved our condo and just our whole trip. The condo was clean and the view was amazing. What I also love is everything is close for walking or driving. And the water park was a big hit with my little boy. Sumer was so wonderful to work with and was very prompting in responding anytime I reached out with a question. I've added this condo to my favorites for sure and will definitely be back.

Everything about our rental, from Sumer’s first welcoming text, to my final thank you back to Sumer on our way out, was WONDERFUL! There were no complaints from any of my family, which includes my husband and our four children ranging in age from 10 - 21. If I could, I’d go back tomorrow to merely sit on the balcony, drink my coffee, and relish the sound and view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Great escape to Destin!

My boyfriend and I spent a few days relaxing in Destin and this condo was great. We loved the large patio (with table and chairs) overlooking the gulf where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening sunsets. It stormed really hard for the majority of our trip so we ended up spending A LOT of time inside and didn’t have any complaints. Due to the thunder storm waits at restaurants we’re even longer than usual so we ended up making the majority of meals at the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Perfect getaway

After having to postpone this trip for a year, we finally were able to make it. This place was great! From the balcony we were able to watch the dolphins swim with some coming real close to shore. The unit is laid out really nice and has a cozy feel to it.

We wanted to stay on the beach and have a nice view of the Gulf. Mission accomplished. The pictures of this unit do not do it justice. Overlooking the Gulf while 18-stories up was great. Sumer is an attentive and caring owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Great company and Breath taking View!!!

We had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated with beach theme. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. I was worried about being on the 18th floor, my Grandson told me it was the best floor to be on and he was right. What a breath taking view!! The sunsets were Awesome ( took lots of pictures) we spotted dolphins and many schools of fish. Bring some binoculars 😄 I would definitely recommend this condo with a 5 Star view!

It is RIGHT on the beach! No road crossing or a lengthy walk, get of the elevator and you are on the sand in about 15 seconds. This location is uniquely one of the best spots ever, the sand is dreamy white, the water is crystal clear and both the sunrise & sunset are delicious to watch from the balcony. The resort has great amenities for every age group. The condo itself has just the right flow in its floor plan, giving everyone of their needed privacy and fun factors. Also having two full bathrooms is very convenient for large groups.
