This one bedroom apartment is well located on the seventh floor in the popular Puerto Paraiso apartments within easy walking of cafes, bars and restaurants in Estepona port. The apartment is large and spacious and boasts with a renovated modern bathroom with a large shower. The lounge provides international TV including Sky along with a high speed fibre optic connection. The property has independent air-conditioning units in the bedrooms and lounge. The bedroom has a double bed and access to the sun room and small balcony with a small dining area for two. The whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer one bed apartments that are currently available. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free. All in all, is a very high quality apartment for your holiday.

Excellent Location

Very nice accommodation centrally located close to bars & restaurants within the port area. Around a 15 minute walk to Estepona town. Great views from the property which overlooks the marina. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We staying here mid September. Key pickup was super easy, apartment clean and very well equipped. Perfect for a couple stay.As its in a residential block its also very quiet.Best of all was the view from the balcony across the marina.If we could, we'd buy it! Thanks to Time In Spain

Very nice vacation spot

This condo was just as described. The area is at the Marina...a great location for activities, services (markets, banks, etc...) food, the beaches and a walk into old town. It was a bit noisy some nights as folks partying until past 3 AM were a bit loud at times, but that's part of vacation mode. What was difficult was finding the exact building. When I first arrived, I had a local friend bring me to the location. Using the key fab for the gate was great....driving in a very narrow street then realizing we passed the building (it's the first one and being told that would have alleviated a lot of stress) was not fun. There is not turnaround at the end of this narrow passageway lined with cars on both sides and the one place what was to be left open for allow a car to do a 3-point turn to turn around was blocked by a car. We did a 15-point turn just to be able to go back. Then, the steps to get up to the building were a bit challenging the first time carrying luggage. This has nothing to do with the owner or condo itself....a little more clarity in directions when checking in would have been appreciated. Otherwise, it is a great place, 2 lifts, well furnished and equipped, nice large bathroom, loved the washer and appreciated the coffee pods for my morning coffee. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Beautiful 7th floor flat in a great location with excellent views, nice and spacious with an excellent walk in shower, would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Pleasant stay in Estepona.

Property as described with new a/c and new lounge furniture Spent 4 weeks at the property and found it comfortable. It was very convenient for shop, bars and restaurants and a nice walk into Estepona. Would be happy to stay again. Very happy with property managers - Time in Spain - who were very helpful.

We have stayed at other apartments in these blocks (6 times before). They all been pretty good, but this was the best. High quality fixtures and fittings. Every thing we needed as if we were at home. Very comfy bed! The IP TV setup was very good giving most of the British Freeview Channels and catch up. There was a selection of books, all of the cups, plates, pots, pans, vacuum, cleaning products, loungers you would need. The lifts were clean and worked fine (although we used the stairs mostly to burn up some of our over indulgences at the local restaurants and bars). The only slight issue we had was understanding how the hob worked (some simple instructions are needed). Happy to recommend the apartment to anyone and will return again soon, as we love Estepona!

very nice enjoyable stay

been to the apartment twice now and enjoyed each stay , it's been upgraded since our trip on 2015 ( we returned 24 Sept 2016 ) with very fast wifi and excellent Tv from the UK . The flat is very well maintained very clean with a walk in shower ,wet room tho sometimes the water level came alarmingly high due to the slow drainage but a bit of common sense it wasn't a problem washing m/c in the toilet was a joy to go home with clean washing ( so the Mrs said lol ) a nice kitchen diner tho. we only ate breakfast and very occasional lunch so didn't really use the cooker etc but products were bought from the supermarket acrosss the road . and enjoyed on the balcony with a sea view . what you see in the photo is the. view you get i thought the advert was slightly misleading as it gave me the impression the balcony was on the sea front of the building don't get me wrong a excellent. view is had form the balcony very slight noise at night from stragglers making there way home but to be fair we had the veranda doors open at night so maybe that's us being over critical. the car parking at the rear is a bit of a free for all entering by a key fob ito the secure car park which is very narrow in places people double parking as they weave by a few pillars and parked cars , yes some one they know who they are ran in to my hired car and damaged the rear wing bumper and pinned the car. against the wall and drove off without a word or leaving a note ,i had a quick look around to see if any other car had damaged the front passenger side to find the culprit and then realised they all must of hit my astra as they all had damage to there car so nojoy there then , reality kicked in and then realised there just bad drivers. Unfortunately the security camera was not working and awaiting parts ? ok wasn't a major drama was fully insured in any case but i was miffed to be honest . It certainly wouldn't put me off parking a well insured car there again as the flat is well worth the stay . there are about a dozen bars restaurants probably more around the flats really nice and a first class beach 5-10mins walk away through the. open car park playa el Cristo fab beach with one restaurants at either end the first one you come across was our favourite tho a bit expensive for lunch but well worth the treat we did go to the beach most days and payed for the loungers and had lunch and a few drinks in the very well run and friendly bar Sat and Sun the beach is very busy with locals
