Spanish House APT Downstairs close to DWTN and 5 Blocks to Pier and Beaches

This is a very unique all hands in style San Clemente village beach house down by the sea in downtown to all the restaurants bars and shopping. This is the one of a kind location that has a private gated yard with the water fountain and sleeps for people. This is a totally furnished apartment and was totally remodeled in 2019. The owners are residents on premise upstairs if you need just let us know!
