Beautiful villa of 140 m2 on 2 levels facing the sea (180 ° sea view) in the area of Punta d'Oro with large wooden terrace, garden of 1,400 m² and swimming pool. Quiet and secure environment.
At high level (garden and terrace): large living / dining room facing the sea with open kitchen, pantry and guest toilet. A master bedroom sea view (bed 160x200) with bathroom and toilet. A second bedroom (2 beds 90x200) with shower room and private toilet.
Downstairs: a 2 room apartment (5 beds 90x200) with shower room, private toilet and kitchenette.
Outside: under the trees, a table (10 people) and garden furniture. A secure pool with natural chlorine.

10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio, 5 minutes from the beach of Santa Giuilia and 10 minutes from the Palombaggia.
