Detached house with garden in the heart of an Alsatian village, quiet (classified 3 *).
Kintzheim is located at the foot of the famous castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg, a small village on the wine route between Strasbourg and Colmar, famous for its fine wines.
In the village itself, one can find a bakery-grocery store, cellars for wine tasting and restaurants. Many tourist sites nearby, Eagles' Park, the park of the storks, mountain of the monkeys ... etc.
Piano in the living room for amateurs, bike path and Roman road ready for ballads very nice.

Lovely country home

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood, perfect for families. The home was well appointed and had everything you would need to enjoy time with family. The best part of the house was a lovely deck with dining table! The property manager was very responsive to all our questions!

Belle maison, très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et bien placée. Il est juste dommage que les WC soient dans les 2 salles de bain, qui sont au sous-sol et à l'étage, ce qui était bien précisé dans l'annonce. La maison parait isolée d'après les photos, mais elle est en fait dans un lotissement, calme par ailleurs.La dame qui a fait l'accueil était adorable, serviable et disponible. Très beau cadre

Une maison très agréable et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon moment, pas loin de beaucoup de sites touristique donc très pratique de déplacement entre Strasbourg et Colmar pour faire les marchés de Noël. C’était très agréable.

Séjour entre amis

Grande maison agréable idéalement située, proche de beaux sites à visiter. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, malgré une météo maussade et froide, inattendue en ce début septembre. En revanche, nous avons assisté au début des vendanges, moment fort de la région. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des Alsaciens.

bedankt voor je reactie, het is waar dat met de zomer de planten in de Elzas veel groeiden. In de tuin gebruiken wij geen chemicaliën. Sindsdien hebben we de tuin schoongemaakt en gemaaid.

Maison fonctionnelle

Super emplacement pour la route des vins, Europapark, visites, villages pittoresques. Nous regrettons la chambre et la salle de bains au sous sol qui n'est pas ventilée donc vraiment pas agréable pour dormir à cause des odeurs.

Bonjour madame Pividori. merci pour votre retour. Comme indiqué au téléphone l'alèse incriminée a été reprise et lavée. C'est la première fois qu'un tel incident se produit et nous sommes vraiment désolés. Pour ce qui est du jardin, la tondeuse avait été passée deux semaines auparavant, mais l'herbe pousse vite en cette période.
