VERY SPECIAL THIS 5 STAR unit - Very private 1 Bedroom with king size bed with 2 closets, dresser & a 2nd sink & private TV, ceiling fan and great natural light overlooking the water. Air Conditioning. We offer 25% discount for 28 days or more; & 15% discount for weekly rentals. Minimum 2-night stay, plus cleaning cost $150/stay or week. Pets welcomed for additional fee of $170 per stay. We have 340 feet on the water for all to enjoy! Very large yard (fenced) to enjoy, play corn hole, relax or run with your 4 legged family members. We live next door and share part of the yard. There is a private fenced area for you and your pups. This unit is not connected to our home, it is a stand alone building, with our private garage below. Additional guests (max 2 over first 2) is $50 per night/person.

This open living concept living space has large windows with spectacular views of the water of East Bay – Red Fish Cove. Bring your 4 legged family members with prior approval and payment of our pet fee of $170 per stay. We are rated 5 Star on Vrbo and on Airbnb.

Your private outdoor stair entry to your private deck over-looking East Bay or use the enclosed entry taking you up about 12 stairs to the open Living area with 55” HDTV & electric fireplace. Long comfortable couch will accommodate 3rd person (Extra fee of $50 per person per night if more than 2 guests), 1 loveseat (pulls out to single bed) to enjoy the views of the water and pine and oak trees.

Beautiful deck with awesome water views and sunset views. Watch the dolphins swim by, pelicans dive for fish, bald eagles soaring above. Bring you paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear, casting net and shelling net. Enjoy your evening fire on your sandy beach, firewood provided. Enjoy our large fenced yard with your fur babies - with prior owners approval.

On Cul De Sac away from traffic noise. Carport just outside your door with additional off-road parking if needed.

TV – DirecTV Premier Package includes HBO, Starz Super Pack, Showtime Unlimited and Cinemax. Wireless High Speed Internet Service (xTream by Mediacom). Work desk provided upon request.

Full Kitchen with full size frig-freezer with ice maker, oven, glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot and dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glass ware, popcorn popper, rice make, blender and Instant Pot. All bath and bed linens and beach towels. Standard size washer and dryer in unit.

Minutes to shopping, dining and airports in Pensacola (PNS-International Airport), Florida and Destin - Ft Walton Beach (VPS-Airport), Florida. Navarre Beach 8 miles.

The Club at Hidden Creek Golf Course - 5 minutes to beautiful 18 - hole golf course with reasonable rates. Free public boat ramps - several in area.

Exactly the trip we wanted. A quiet relaxing retreat that we could bring our dog Sophie. We always stay on the beach but it was a pleasant change. The house was perfect, well equipped as Marty put her personal expert taste creating an excellent getaway.

Marty and Ron were both great hosts! Property was better than expected! House was stocked with everything you would need! Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! Our fur babies had a great time in the dog yard and felt right at home! Fishing was great! My husband and I fished in both the morning and evening! Landscaping was beautiful! A lot of love and care has gone into that place making it great!! We will be back!

Marty & Ron were great hosts! The beach house was perfect, clean, and had tons of extra touches to make it welcoming. The property was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be returning!

PEACEFUL STAY

Overall our stay was amazing , they had everything turn key ready for us . Even water bowls for my pup. I give props to this little hideaway that was everything that was described plus more . They even have a dog park for the pups

Best property we have been to

This place is absolutely perfect, they have absolutely everything you need plus some, wonderful house and location with beautiful views from the house and the dock and backyard, the best hosts ever communication with them is easy and they keep you updated with anything going on nearby, we had the absolute best time ever for our honeymoon I reccomend this vacation home to anyone, book with them you will NOT regret it.

This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, the special touches to make you feel welcome, the beautiful decor and the tropical landscaping - every detail is perfect. But what impressed me the most is that there isn't a single thing you could possibly need or think of that they have't already provided.And if you're traveling with a dog, you're in or a treat! The owners are true dog lovers. There's an entire side yard set up as a private dog park just for your pup, complete with bowls and all the essentials. Your dog will feel just as welcome and pampered as you do. We can't wait to go back!

The Beach House in Navarre

The beach house is a wonderful place to stay for water views and if you have dogs. Private beach, private dog park and our beautiful space are just of the few things we loved. Hosts Marty and Ron were lovely to work with. Can’t wait till our next stay.

Impeccable Property & Ultimate Hosts

My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Marty and Ron's beach house with our dog. This property is so adorable and charming with a level of detail that is unbelievable. It is clean, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and has the most amazing views. It has a perfect fenced in yard for our dog, and has many nice outdoor sitting areas. Also, it is in a quiet, shady neighborhood that is perfect for walks. Marty, and her sweet dog, Josie, greeted us when we arrived and checked on us several times during our stay. She even baked us a mini loaf of banana nut bread that was absolutely amazing! Also, she gave us lots of great restaurant options and things to do. We were so glad that we tried her suggestions - Where Y'all At Seafood for dinner one night, and Andy D's for breakfast one morning - both were perfect in every way! We would love to stay at this property again. Thank you Marty, Ron, and Josie!

This place is so full of charm. The views are amazing. The house is super cute and very clean. Just minutes to the beach. Marty was very hospitable and accommodating. Overall just a wonderful stay.

Great time again!

We stayed at this property two years ago and had the best time ever! We were able to go back this last week and had an even better time! We love having our own oasis away from the crowds. Relaxing

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The host are wonderful! The communication was very good, they respond quick and allowed us to check in a little early due to use arriving early. We enjoyed most of our time fishing off the deck. Very cute beach themed property. My husband really loved their dog Josie. We look forward to spending more time there in the future!

Cozy Christmas!

Excellent! Property is very special. Quiet on a point in East Bay. Marty and Ron are lovely people. They made the Christmas holiday my wife and our rescue dog Chip spent there one to remember! Every amenity is thought of and we tip our hat to the thought paid to every detail. The space is well utilized and we wanted for nothing. The bed was comfy and we were able to come and go as we pleased. We were able to explore the area return to a peaceful space each night. The grounds outside provided plenty of beautiful space for photos and beachfront fires. We will definitely be back in the future!

Book it now -- it's perfect

Simply outstanding from start to finish. The waterfront location is picture-perfect, and the owners have created the ideal haven from which to enjoy it. There's no need to bring a thing, because everything you can think of is already there. It's a true gem, with no exaggeration.

Perfect family vacation

Our family had such a great week at The Beach House in Navarre! The house was clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything we might need. The property was beautiful and the bay was perfect for swimming. We were able to watch dolphins swim past on multiple occasions as we sat on the deck in the mornings and evenings. This Beach House was such a treat and we highly recommend it to others. :)

The PERFECT VRBO

Marty and Ron are outstanding hosts and everything, I mean EVERYTHING, was at our fingertips! We wanted for absolutely nothing more than of course a longer stay and to come back!! A little piece of Heaven!

Thank you for a memorable stay Marty & Ron! Steve, Duke and I had such a beautiful welcome package with Flowers, birthday cards and anniversary cards to top it off! It made our special celebrations that much sweeter. The Details in everything at the Beach House, including the Doggy Play Run was perfect. Perfect in every way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our last-minute Labor Day getaway at the Beach House in Navarre! Everything about our stay was wonderful! The unit was well-stocked and beautifully decorated and featured stunning views from every side. The outdoor area was reminiscent of a resort, with multiple places to sit and relax and lots of room for the dogs to romp and explore. Ron and Marty were gracious, warm, and welcoming. We can’t imagine how it could’ve been more perfect! We definitely will be booking again!

Beautiful location

My mother and I have gone to the beach every year for years now and this location was the best we have ever been to! Not only is the location beautiful but the beach house....wow! Marty and Ron have literally thought of everything! They even have water bowls for your dog in several places and they had dog treats ready for our Iris. The bed was super comfy and everything was so clean!!! We saw so many different animals, especially little lizards and even dolphins right off the pier! We highly recommend this beach house!!! Marty, Ron and Ms Josie were the best hosts!!!

We're coming back!

This home has absolutely everything you could dream of for comfort. Perfect helpful hosts, fun and tasteful decor, special details provided for our dog, safe and sanitized home, soft cozy bed, the best shower...but the VIEW! Check out photos of the VIEW! (from every window) Husband caught Redfish from the beach in front of the house. It was an amazing month. We're coming back!

Peaceful getaway

If you are looking for a small quiet getaway with your fur babies, look no more! The space is perfect EVERY need you have is meet. They even had fully stocked kitchen. I forgot my ziplock bags to carry snacks/fruit to the beach in and looked through drawers and voilà bottom drawer was loaded, even had detergent to run a few loads of laundry. The evenings sitting on the “oh so comfy rocking Adirondack chair” Watching the sun set was unforgettable. We will recommend this beach house to all our friends and fam. By the way, we had never stayed in Navarre and it was a perfect time of year the ocean us just like the beaches in the Virgin Islands.

Totally Relaxing

Ron and Marty's property is absolutely beautiful and relaxing with the views ,apartment itself, location,night time lighting, landscaping and wind chimes .No attention to detail was missed. It was obvious that much thought and care was taken to ensure their guests have a 5 star stay. We feel lucky to have found this place and even luckier to have met Ron ,Marty and Josie. Will definitely book this place next time we are in Navarre. Thank you for an even better than 5 star experience.
