Beautiful, comfortable, recent villa, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, separate toilet. Large bright living room, fitted kitchen 2 terraces with tables, chairs and rattan garden furniture. Tropical garden with private pool and private parking space. Less than 5 minutes from the beach (a hundred meters). Nearby: Supermarket; bus stop; diving club; restaurants; fitness room; kite-surfing, windsurfing; big game fishing trip, 10 minutes by car from Grand Baie with its Nightclubs; bars; Restaurants and tourist and sports activities. The rooms are air conditioned and the house has Wifi. Possibility of long term rental (ex: year contract) to see with the owner.
