Villa Rosa Mauricio - 2-8 personas - Tamaño: 190 m2 / 2051 pies cuadrados

Villa Rosa Mauricio se encuentra en una bonita y tranquila zona residencial cerca de Pereybere, Grand Baie, Trou aux Biches, Mont Choisy, Cap Malheureux, playas, deportes acuáticos, servicios, etc. Lo que más amamos cuando nos quedamos en la villa es su comodidad, tranquilidad de la zona (especialmente después de visitar la isla) con pájaros tropicales cantando, la piscina privada y su ubicación. La playa más cercana, a unos 10 minutos a pie, tiene una vista fantástica de Gunner’s Quoin. Las paradas de autobús, las tiendas locales y los 2 restaurantes recomendados que incluyen mariscos están a poca distancia.

Nuestra hermosa villa hogareña en forma de L (construida en 2014) con su piscina privada es cómoda, espaciosa, moderna y luminosa, con sala de estar abierta, comedor, cocina y patio. Disfrute de cócteles, comidas al aire libre o barbacoa con vista a la piscina privada y al jardín.

Para su comodidad, la villa ofrece TV de pantalla plana, cocina totalmente equipada con cafetera Nespresso, lavavajillas, lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, caja fuerte para valiosos, alarma de seguridad para su tranquilidad, tumbonas y teléfono para locales. llamadas. El cuidador / gerente está cerca si necesita ayuda.

Hay 4 habitaciones con aire acondicionado en suite; 1 cama king y 3 camas dobles grandes, 1 cama doble se puede convertir en 2 camas individuales y un inodoro y lavabo separados. Tenemos una cuna de viaje y una silla alta para bebé. El dormitorio king size conduce directamente a la piscina.

La villa para no fumadores ha sido recientemente repintada internamente.

Hay muchos espacios para estacionar automóviles. Depósito reembolsable por daños a la llegada £ 200 o 200 euros y se devuelve a la salida.

Ideal for a family getaway

We had a pleasant one week stay here. Definitely need a car but all amenities a short drive away.

Hi Stacey, Thank you for reviewing your stay. We are glad that the villa met your needs, " everything was lovely thank you and was ideal for our needs". Please note, bus stops, beach, local restaurants, green grocery, local shops are 10 minutes walk from the villa. Also a meal service is available on request. Super U supermarket offers free home food shops delivery, (minimum amounts applied) . For keen walkers- Pereybere beach and its town is a 40 minutes walk from the villa. Also locally, Linlay is available for recommendations, arrange excursions day trips, massages or answer any questions. We do recommend a car to our guests to maximise their holiday as there are lots to see and do in Mauritius. And as you did, we can arrange car rental for guests on request. A spacious comfortable villa

A good size 4 bed 3 bath villa with large pool and garden in a nice quiet location but within easy walking distance of the sea. Some good small shops nearby and a bar and a nice restaurant within 5 minutes walk. I didnt stay here myself but rented it for 3 couples who came to visit us here in Mauritius. The sister of the owner lives next door and was most helpful in all sorts of ways. She found a very good and cheap rental car which was delivered and picked up from the villa making it truly easy to get transport for a few days to explore the island without paying the high prices at the airport. I would recommend it.

Perfect villa for a family

The villa was our home base for our 4 week stay (5 adults). It is about a 10 to 20 minute drive to several beautiful beaches and many other amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, excursions, shopping centres. There is also easy access to the highways to get to other parts of the island. The pool was cleaned on a regular basis and there was weekly house cleaning. The property was exactly as advertised and the property manager Linlay was very easy to reach when we had questions or needed any assistance as was Shirley our host. Given the time of the year (Dec/Jan), the house did get hot at night so we were thankful for the AC in each of the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and felt we had everything we needed and our host Shirley was very accommodating.

Great!

We were two families of four that had a great time at Villa Rosa. The house is big enough for 8 people and our children really enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. There is AC in every bedroom. Also, Linlay was very helpful during our stay. She helped us whenever we needed and also gave us a cellphone that we could use to contact her. Linlay also cooked a very nice meal for us! There is a big bus station 5 min walk from the house but we really recommend a car. A short drive from the villa you will find big shopping centers and 10-15 minutes away the best beach, trou aux biches. We really enjoyed Villa Rosa and Mauritius and would love to come back.

IDEAL FAMILY VILLA

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious, well designed and well equiped villa. At first the location seemed a little off the beaten track but we were soon finding our way to local amenities at Grand Bay, just a 5 min drive. In hindsight we were pleased for the peace and quiet and lack of traffic and tourist noise. Can't think of anything that was lacking. Great pool and well kept tropical garden with many brightly coloured birds visiting daily. The whole family really enjoyed this stay and the accomodation was spacious and afforded each privacy when required. The villa manager Linlay was so welcoming and helpful with plenty of good tour advice and helpful with arranging the shuttle and car rental ( both excellently done). I'd certainly recommend and may well stay again if we return to Mauritius ( which I'm sure we will)!

A wonderful base to explore and relax

A wonderful villa in a slightly hidden location with excellent links to some wonderful beaches and adventures. Linlay is a wonderful host who looked after all our needs - a home from home. The villa provided all our needs from excellent wi-fi, all kitchen needs, barbecue, washing machine, dish washer etc... the pool was well looked after and was a welome relief from the mid-day sun. The Super ‘U’ supermarket provided all of our cooking needs and I suggest the local wines for price and to be the honest the taste was just as good as the expensive imported stuff. The local beers are very good but I would suggest a visit to the Flying Dodo brewery, not only have great food but to take back some excellent beers. A couple of local shops near the villa provided some bakery goods, chicken and beer. We loved our 2 week stay and we will miss the sound of the exotic birds every morning. A wonderful villa in a most amazing country. We were very sad to say goodbye.

Chill out and relax oasis

We holidayed in late March early April which is a lovely time of year to go to Mauritius. - Very warm & sunny but not oppressively so. Right from our first communications with Shirley she gave us a warm feeling that we’d chosen the correct villa. her replies were swift and comprehensive, and at times she answered the questions we should have asked but didn't. Located inland in a quiet residential area - we were probably the noisiest people there - The villa was great. All areas are very clean, well kept, as well as having everything you could wish for or need on a - chill out - villa holiday It is spacious and well thought out. We didn’t use the TV area, but it all looked comfortable and purposeful. If you open doors and windows, there is a lovely, cooling easterly breeze that blows through the open areas. The Pool was good size - I learnt to float on the water for the first time, wahoo - full UK swimming lessons next. Linlay - the on site manager - was extremely helpful and had a light unobtrusive touch. She only lives next door so was easily available for all our needs, and was also a good source for information Arrangements for the taxi from & to the airport were very well organised the drivers on both legs were very polite and full of information about the island. Bain Boeuf beach was only a leisurely 15min walk away, very nice for a pre sunrise stroll, taxi's were available from that area, we travelled into Grand Baie for food shopping and lunch. La Croisette shopping mall surprised us as it wasn’t there on our last trip, it is quite large and very modern - worth a visit. Had pleasant lunches and fantastic local ice cream at Suncoco and excellent service and meals at Divino who had a waitress with a very customer friendly style. Would definitely return to this villa on our next Mascarene visit

Merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l'emplacement et votre séjour dans notre belle villa, ainsi que Linlay, notre hôte. Nous sommes très surpris par votre remarque concernant la propreté de la maison. Le ménage est fait gratuitement chaque semaine pendant le sejour et après chaque séjour. Tous les appareils électroménagers fonctionnent parfaitement. Nous allons bien sûr vérifier ce point auprès du gestionnaire local. Nous veillons à ce que notre villa soit toujours en excellent état et nous pensons que le prix est très raisonnable pour trois couples, chaque couple disposant d'une grande chambre avec salle de bain privative. Nous n'appliquons pas de supplément pendant les vacances scolaires, période durant laquelle vous avez séjournée chez nous. La vaisselle cassée a été remplacée afin que nos hôtes disposent de suffisamment de vaisselle pour un séjour confortable.

Wir hatten mit unseren Freunden eine schöne Zeit in der Villa. Die Schwester der Gastgeberin, welche im Nachbarhaus lebt, stand uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Räume waren geräumig und sauber. Der Strand und einige Restaurants sind fußläufig gut in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

très bon séjour

villa en tout point conforme à l'annonce. bien située au calme et sécurisée. A 10mn à pied de la plage et de bons restaurants. La piscine est bien agréable comme l'ensemble de la villa. Notre arrivée a été très facile grace à la communication avec Shirley et Linlay . Nous avons profité des bons petits plat de Linlay. Elle a été aux petits soins avec nous et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses petits attentions.

Très belle villa sécurisé et complètement clos.

J'ai loué cette maison grâce aux commentaires qui étaient très positifs, mais je dois avouer qu'au départ je croyais que la maison était en préfabriquée. Alors pas du tout et les photos ne mettent pas en valeur la maison comme il se doit. Elle est bien en dur, très spacieuse avec la terrasse où il y a la piscine orientée plein sud, 4 belles chambres, un salon avec salle à manger, une cuisine et un patio salon et salle à manger. Il y a un studio dans le jardin mais il est inoccupé. Linlay habite la maison à côté, elle est adorable et vous aidera sur tout ce que vous pouvez lui demander. La communication avec Shirley est très efficace via WhatsApp. N'hésitez surtout pas, elle mérite vraiment ses 5/5.

Villa que nous recommandons

Villa agréable et conforme au descriptif avec une cuisine bien équipée. Avons passé un beau séjour à la villa. Linlay est très agréable et a toujours été présente pour répondre à nos besoins ou nos demandes. Nous avons souvent fait appel à ses services pour les dîners ; ses plats étaient un régal ! Ne pas hésiter, Linlay est une très bonne cuisinière ! Merci à Linlay et Shirley. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!!

Super location comme décrite dans l'annonce

Super vacances passées dans cette villa très calme, bons couchages, très bien équipée, belle piscine. L'accueil par Linlay est très chaleureux, de supers conseils de restos, de sorties. De plus, elle nous a organisé la navette AR de l'aéroport ainsi que la location de la voiture livrée à domicile. Très bonne cuisinière qui nous a préparé plusieurs excellents plats locaux. Adresse très recommandée pour des vacances inoubliables !

Superbe villa confortable

La villa de shirley est très confortable, bien équipée, très bien située. Elle est très spacieuse pour 7 avec une superbe terrasse exterieure. La communication avant l'arrivée était top shirley est très reactive. Merci à linley qui gère la maison rt est aux petits soins au quotidien. Elle a pu répondre à toutes nos questions de manière très réactive. Nous avons fait appel à ses services pour un dîner qui était succulent. Merci à toutes les deux nous avons passé un super séjour à l'île maurice

Villa magnifique

Maison magnifique avec 4 chambres 4 wc et 3 salle de bains. La partie piscine est aussi top. On en a bien profité. La cuisine est tres bien équipée. Il y a tout. Il y a egalement des jeu de sociétés et des jeux pour enfants. Linley est très disponible et a l'écoute en cas de besoin. Je recommande vraiment cette belle villa bien sécurisée et au calme. Merci pour ce beau sejour.

Agréable séjour à la villa Rosa

C est une villa très bien équipée pour y séjourner en famille ou entre amis , très bien située au calme avec un chant d oiseaux au réveil en prenant un bon bain dans cette jolie piscine ! Et bien sûr un acceuil très chaleureux de Linlay qui a été toujours très réactive et à l écoute , et très bonne cuisinière !!! A recommander .

Une villa et des hôtes au top.

La villa est spacieuse, bien équipée et la piscine est un bonheur avec la chaleur pour petits et grands. Le plus de la prestation c'est indéniablement Linlay l'hôte, de bons conseils, de bons petits plats mauriciens et en prime une attention de tous les instants.
