Splendid apartment located in the upper part of Mongenèvre with views of the slopes of the ski area, Milky Way
The accommodation consists of a 55m2 inverted duplex for 6 people. Ground floor 2 bedrooms (1 master bed 160, and another with 2 bunk beds and 1 drawer bed) direct access to terrace and garden, bathroom / WC. Upstairs, very bright living room / kitchen with sofa bed, 1 terrace (west) and 1 balcony (south).
Access to the village center, shops in 10 minutes on foot or via the free shuttle service.
Covered garage and cellar (ski room) in the basement

Hôtes pour la deuxième fois, nous ne pouvons que confirmer l’avis très positif déjà émis l’an passé! Le propriétaire est prévenant, disponible, réactif. L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux, cosy! Il est également très bien équipé! La navette à deux pas, vous permettra d’accéder au centre du village, aux commerces et aux pistes. Dommage que nous ne puissions ajouter plus d’étoiles! A louer sans hésitation.

Séjour Montgenèvre

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement au style chalets et c’est toujours appréciable quand on est à la montagne. Bonne communication du propriétaire et système d’arrivée et de départ idéal pour un voyage sans stress des horaires. Je recommande cette location. À savoir que l’appartement se trouve en haut de Montgenèvre mais même à pied cela se fait vite et la vue n’en est que plus belle.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme, la vue, l'espace, la décoration, le chauffage qui fonctionne parfaitement, l'abondance de vaisselle et tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, le garage, la séparation entre l'espace de jour et l'espace de nuit, la très bonne conception de l'appartement et du bâtiment en général. La station de Montgenèvre est très agréable, le domaine skiable superbe et très grand. Plusieurs expositions et niveaux des pistes, il y en a pour tous les goûts !

Chalet très agréable, plus adorable encore que ce que les photos laissent deviner. Très lumineux, très calme. Vue magnifique ! Idéalement situé (entre autres: navette à deux pas). Vous trouverez dans la cuisine tout ce qui est énoncé et certainement plus encore. Propriétaire prévenant, réactif et très soucieux de votre confort. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir encore !

L'appartement a deux niveaux avec entrée indépendante ainsi que son aménagement intérieur donnent l'impression d'être dans un chalet. Lieu très chaleureux. Bien équipé. La vue sur les sommets environnants est très belle depuis le balcon ; très agréable pour un petit déjeuner au soleil. L'endroit est idéal pour un bon repos estival.
