About this property

Charming Périgord countryside - Ideal Family (ies) with children

It is an old Perigord house that we have restored in the heart of the Green Périgord, near Saint Yrieix la Perche and Excideuil.

In a small hamlet in the countryside, calm and tranquility are the watchwords.

Region renowned for its classified sites, its gastronomy, its welcome and its authenticity. You will find a lot of activities nearby: Golf, mountain biking, hiking, water ski lift (water skiing, wake boarding), canoeing, visiting castles, villages, walks, rest ...

The 140m2 house consists of 4 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed), 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a living room with a wood stove open to the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine - dishes, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge, and all the equipment necessary for cooking ... 1 laundry room with washing machine, and steam generator. Internet, WiFi, television, and game console.

The house has a whole bunch of board games for young and old, books, and games for babies and children. For babies, you will find a travel cot, a high chair, a playpen, a changing table, as well as a cot.

You will appreciate the garden, its shaded terrace and, for the youngest, swing, slide and trampoline.

The house can accommodate 6 people and a baby. Two additional places are possible in the living room (convertible sofa).

The cleaning must be done at the end of the stay. We can offer you a cleaning option for an additional € 60. Sheets and towels are not provided.

The house is perfect for two families!

Heerlijk vakantiehuis

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige franse huis met karakteristieke bouwstijl, mooie inrichting en fijne keuken en badkamers. Het is rustig gelegen, maar wel binnen bereik van allerlei bezienswaardigheden en ruim een uur verwijderd van de Dordogne. Onze kinderen van 6 en 4 vonden het huis met bergen speelgoed en bijbehorende tuin met trampoline fantastisch! Voor onze kleinere kinderen was het huis wat onpraktisch: onbeschermde trappetjes in de woonkamer, een waterput in de tuin met deksel maar zonder slot, (sporadisch) tractorverkeer langs het huis, en slapen verdeeld over drie woonlagen. Al met al een geweldig huis, echte aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen vanaf 3-4 jaar

Séjour très agréable et paisible

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison, environnement très calme pour profiter du jardin. Cela nous a permis de découvrir la région, beaucoup d'activités et visites proposées dans le secteur. Office du tourisme de Lanouaille à 5km, au top. Nous avons également pu visiter Lascaux à 1h de route.
