At the heart of Black Perigord, pretty furnished house ranked 3 stars FULL FOOT (no indoor and outdoor walking) a dream for people with reduced mobility. They have no difficulty to access the terrace or pool. in the middle of a ground sported, sunny and shaded. The place is quiet and very pleasant 18 kms from Sarlat, (superb Saturday market to discover the vast gastronomy (truffles, cepes, ....) 6kms Eyzies (museum of prehistory) 20 kms from the valley of the Dordogne, 15 km from montignac (cave of lascaux). It is an ideal place for prehistory, medieval history but also for all sports and leisure activities. The house is bright, ground floor and well equipped. The rooms are nice. You will have 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed for 2 persons and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Sheets and towels provided. House equipped with a stove and electric radiators. Possibility to receive other people who will stay in the park free of charge. Just report it to the owner. equipped cottage (kitchen) for 12 pers. all rentals of 15 days after one week sheets and towels will be changed and if you want the cleaning of the cottage will be done. ATTENTION the rates change from July 2019 the cottage is equipped with a swimming pool 10/5 very wide beach, salt treatment, fenced in standards, the watering is done in a few days. I am open all year, I accept weekend of 3 days (except July / August) I adapt to all proposals. Contact me if need details.

Très belle propriété, bien située à proximité de la Vézère (sites troglodytiques) et de la Dordogne (château moyen-âge). Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Dans la propriété, plusieurs petits coins permettant de prendre un verre et/ou de manger avec des vues différentes.Adresse à retenir.

Superb September Holiday 😊

Gîte excellente, très bien équipée et dans un cadre superb. Propriétaire très généreuse, amicale et très vite à nous assister. On avait emmené nos deux chiens qui ont également passés un excellent séjour à cause des proportions du jardin. Beaucoup de possibilités différentes pour se détendre, on revisiterait certainement.

Nous venons de passer d’agréables vacances dans ce lieu chargé d’histoire mais pas seulement. La location est idéalement située pour découvrir cette belle région et ses bons petits plats avec un choix important de restaurants. Le gîte, je n’ai rien à redire non plus. Tout était là : la piscine, la surface et la forêt accolée au jardin. Mon chien 🐶, un chiot boxer a pu se défouler comme il a voulu, ou presque. Le potager nous a permis de cuisiner les courgettes de plusieurs façons et nous avons pu nous régaler d’une tarte aux groseilles directement prélevées. Et que dire de Régine, la propriétaire ? Le meilleur pour la fin: c’est une personne vraie que nous avons eu plaisir à découvrir. Elle a pris le temps, malgré son planning chargé d’avoir des discussions sincères. C’est une personne chaleureuse aimant recevoir tout en sachant garder des distances avec les vacanciers. J’espère, à bientôt et surtout continuez ainsi!!!

Superbe location

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Régine la propriétaire des lieux , très beau gîte dans un endroit calme et arboré où nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Ce gîte est propre et bien entretenu. Merci Régine pour le petit cadeau de bienvenue.
