Bama Summit - Book for Football Season!

Welcome to Bama Summit!

This condo is only 1.5 miles from Bryant Denny Stadium and just a few blocks from the heart of Tuscaloosa, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars! Bama Summit can host up to 6 adults.

The condo is 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed with an attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and an attached bathroom with a tub-shower. There are also 2 Twin roll away beds, to accommodate more guests.

For an additional $25 a highchair/pack-n-play can be set up. The condo is apart of gated community and has two reserved parking spots as well as a 24hr exercise & fitness room, and on-site electric vehicle charger for guest convenience!

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

We stayed here for a Bama game and it was excellent. We were walking distance to restaurants and the stadium. Communication with the host was very good and the rooms were very spacious! We would definitely stay here again.

Football Weekend

The property was exactly as the listing. It was super clean, well stocked, up to date decor and comfortable. We were in town for Alabama football and the decor set the tone. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again. On the other hand, there were many miscommunications.

Nice Stay!

This rental was very clean and very well stocked. The beds were comfy so we slept extremely well. It was nice having gated parking. The area around us was quiet at night so that was nice. The location was perfect for everything we did. We were 3 min from University Blvd in downtown Tuscaloosa where there are tons of restaurants (Chuck’s Fish House was amazing)! The coliseum was only about 10 min away so it was super convenient. Communication with property management was great. They allowed us to check in early and check out late as a courtesy and we appreciated it. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to my family for future stays in Tuscaloosa.

We took a joyride car to the game but walked back. The property is adorable and clean. The staff was responsive and check in was easy. The kitchen had enough equipment to serve ordered food. It might be a bit light on equipment to cook full meals but fine for our use. Full size washer and dryer allowed me to do my son’s laundry! :). There were thoughtful amenities like a few coffee pods, snacks, and detergent. I would definitely stay again!
