French Riviera - Between Cannes and St Tropez

In a secure 4-storey residence with lift and swimming pool, this 3-room apartment classified 3* of around 70m², equipped for 6 people, is located near Port Santa Lucia and its shops (500m), opposite the creeks of Parc Santa Lucia (photos in the description), the town center and the sandy beaches.

On the 3rd floor with a beautiful sea view, west facing, this apartment is made up of a living room (double wardrobe bed 140x190) with a semi-independent kitchen (4-burner induction hob, combined microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, crockery), 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200), the other with 2 twin beds (90x190), a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet (washing machine). The living room and the kitchen give access to a very large terrace with garden furniture. TV, WIFI, Air conditioning, Parking, Swimming pool.

* Reduction of 15% during the year from 15 consecutive days reserved (except from 05/07/25 to 23/08/25)

* Different services available to book at the same time as the rental:
- Rental of household linen (sheets with pillowcases and/or towels); price according to number of weeks, Info from the agency
- Baby cot rental: €30/stay

* Water and electricity consumption is billed from October to May according to current rates.

* Pets, if accepted, must not climb on the bed and/or sofa; they must be kept on a leash and their needs must be done outside the residence

Entspannte Tage an der der Côte d'Azur

Das Apartment in Saint Raphael war ein super Startpunkt für unseren Urlaub an der Côte d'Azur! Die Lage ist ideal, um die wunderschöne Region zu erkunden, und die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation hat trotz Sprachhürde sehr gut geklappt und wir wurden herzlich empfangen.

Mooi appartement met parkeerplaats

We hebben met heel veel plezier een week doorgebracht in dit ruime appartement welke van alle gemakken voorzien was. Een heerlijk balkon maakte dat we zowel in de ochtend als avond konden genieten van uitzicht.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben das Appartement für 14 Tage gebucht. Das Interieur ist sehr hochwertig, sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. Das Gelände ist durch ein gesichertes Tor zugänglich, auch der Poolzugang ist nur mit einem Schlüssel zu erreichen. Wir waren in den Pfingstferien da und es war ruhig und nicht überfüllt. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, die an und Abreise hat super geklappt. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % empfehlen.

l'appartement est parfait, très spacieux et très bien situé . Dommage toutefois qu'il y manque certains consommables comme les éponges , les sacs poubelles( plutot embetant lorsque l'on arrive un samedi soir) Idem pour les protèges matelat que l'on nous demande de laver (et étendre ) le dernier jour sans qu'il y ai une goutte de lessive (chose que l'on ne ramène pas forcément pour quelques jours de vacances) Egalement dommage qu'il ne soit pas précisé avant que electricité , chauffage et eau sont a payé en plus. La personne qui nous a acceuillit était bien que courtoise , très expeditive à l'arrivée comme au départ.
