Fully equipped kitchen new and open to a large living space with family table that can accommodate 10 people and opening onto a terrace and garden (barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs).
Laundry room adjoining the kitchen with washing machine, large fridge-freezer, ironing board, raclette machine.
Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 160 bed / bedroom 2: 140 bed and bunk beds); bathroom with shower and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 master suite with terrace and view of the Pyrenees (160 cm bed and bathroom with bath, WC and dressing room)
Attic: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
Mezzanine with lounge area (TV, reading area, children's play area)
Cot and accessories on request.
All beds are equipped with blankets, pillows and draws. New bedding.
Please note that bed linen (sheets and square pillowcases for large beds, rectangular pillowcases for 90 cm beds) is not provided.
Private parking and public parking 3 minutes walk.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
Non smoking house.
A deposit of € 800 will be requested upon arrival and returned on the day of departure if there is no rental damage.
Optional cleaning fee € 100 to book at the start of the rental.
