Substitute house remained a substitute

Had booked a different house which got cancelled due to major repairs and this house was best substitute with only 4 weeks before travelling. Owner and Caretaker only speaks Spanish. House was generally OK but in November with 5 persons could have used an extra sitting chair next to sofa. 2 bedrooms had beds like soldier steel beds. However the duvets were very nice. Kitchen had no electric kettle for cooking water, no North European coffee machine and no wine glasses so we started our stay by shopping equipment. Heating was no on so it was cold mornings and evenings as outside temperature was 10 to 12 degrees. House is in a gated area ( Club de campo) and our GPS led us to a gate with no entrance :) so it was quite a long way around to get it right. The area has a very good restaurant , bar 2 minimarkets and a Fish shop.

Chalet Sanlúcar

La piscina está bastante bien y la zona de jardín también. La casa está razonablemente amueblada, pero necesita reponer bastantes bombillas, que están fundidas. En la cocina es necesario cambiar la placa vitrocerámica porque funciona muy mal. Hay que mejorar el mobiliario de piscina, solo hay 2 tumbonas utilizables y no hay ninguna con colchoneta. La urbanización es bastante segura. Mercedes fue muy amable y servicial.

La casa, el jardín, la barbacoa y la piscina espectaculares. Muy bien cuidado y muy limpio, aunque es una pena que algunos detalles hayan desmerecido la estancia. Las sábanas eran de mala calidad y más grandes que los colchones (tampoco eran buenos). Las toallas muy viejas. El dormitorio de la planta baja (el del baño) olía mucho a humedad. No había vasos para todos.

La casa, el jardín, la barbacoa y la piscina son espectaculares, todo muy cuidado y limpio, pero es una pena que esta valoración se estropee por algunos detalles. Las sábanas eran de mala calidad y mucho más grandes que los colchones (en la mayoría de los casos bastante malos). Las toallas eran muy viejas. La habitación de la planta baja, que tiene baño, olía mucho a humedad y no había vasos para todos.

Moeilijk kookfornuis, knoppen werken te pas en onpas. Snap er de logica niet in. Idem met de oven. Hebben het wel uitgelegd maar toch bleef zoeken. Verder alles TOP! Enkel dat zeezicht.. dat zagen wij toch niet..

vacances en familles réussie :) petit (gros) bémol sur la qualité de la literie. tous les lits sont single et vraiment pas top. Tout le reste était parfait. En particulier la beauté du jardin hyper bien entretenu Je recommande Matthieu
