I loved the location in a quiet neighborhood just outside downtown and close to the River Trail. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the ceiling fan, shower, and immaculate cleanliness of the unit was great! Neighbors were a little too close but were friendly. Lots of parking!

Close to everything

This condo was amazing. Easy parking, walk to downhill skiing and town. Very nicely decorated and comfy. Would definitely want to stay here again!

Summer Villa Trip

Home was cozy and decorated interestingly; located fairly close to downtown Ketchum which made it easy to walk to different locations/bus stops. Kitchen was equipped with most things for at home cooking but lacks a microwave (which would have been helpful for my copious amounts of leftovers from the restaurants in town!). During the summer it obviously gets very warm and they do have an A/C for the 1st floor bedroom but not for the 2nd floor which is where 3 of the 4 beds are located as well as the TV. Overall a good visit but lacks a few essentials that you would expect at this price.

It is great that the kitchen had most of what you needed, but we understand how a microwave would have made things more convenient, especially for reheating leftovers. We also appreciate your feedback about the cooling situation. While the A/C in the first-floor bedroom is helpful, we recognize that the second floor can get quite warm during the summer, especially since it has the majority of the sleeping space and the TV area. Great location

Property location is very good. Close to everything including stores and River Run area. Short drive to Sun Valley. Amenities are a bit sparse. 1 TV on top floor, grill folded up on 2nd floor balcony. But it was clean, bright, colorful and all in all was fine.

The property was not clean upon arrival. It took till 10 PM to have it set up. Dealing with corporate America for credits was difficult. I would never use a Vacasa property again. Also no bathroom on level1. No garbage disposal (broken). And no microwave.

Literacy Summit Get Away

There were wonderful aspects to this vacation rental but also some quirks that may be worth sharing. First of all, the cleanliness was immaculate, and I appreciated the little touches everywhere. The location was also perfect - I liked staying a little outside of downtown in a quiet neighborhood that was within a few minutes from the lovely River Trail. My training was at the Community Library, so it was a refreshing 12-minute walk over and back each day. The kitchen was very well stocked, although I didn't use it much because our daily meals were covered and we opted to eat dinner out at the wonderful restaurants. I loved the shower and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was a gift with warmer weather. Now the quirks - there is no lighting in the downstairs living area beyond those in the kitchen. There is a small entry light but beyond that, it was too dark for me to do my reading work. Second, the bed was slightly squeaky for me but pretty comfortable. I had trouble entering the code to get in at first but called Vacasa and she walked me through and was helpful. The unit is a little tight and tucked in the middle of several others. The neighbors are right there, chairs out front included, which can be a little unnerving, although they were friendly. At first, I was nervous about the see through curtains on the bottom level, but when I checked outside, I couldn't see in, so that was assuring. Lots of parking!

Fun oasis

We loved the place! So fun and colorful. Do be advised that it's not for anyone with accessibility issues, and it can get quite stuffy and hot in the summer, which has been my experience with all the condos in the area. It was beautifully clean and well-stacked.

Perfect Little Place

It is a great little place that really knows how to utilize the space. The upstairs loft/tv area is adorable and the decor is bright and fun. Location is close to River Run and walkable to downtown Ketchum. Would recommend for a small family getaway.

Fun spot to land

Great location and bright positive atmosphere with many odd quirks. Television was impossible to enjoy because there was no seating except if we wanted to squeeze onto a slightly dangerous twin bed. No freezer, ice, or glasses to enjoy wine. We bought a couple cheap wine glasses and left them at the place. We enjoyed the main floor fire place and sitting at the kitchen bar.

Great and Quiet

We loved our stay and enjoyed this quiet colorful apartment. The kitchen tools were all there and we used them all! The apartment is cozy and quiet from the near by neighbors. Finally a good sound insulated condo! Ketchum doesn't offer much but the surroundings are there to calm the runner or hiker in you. It was a very cold week with a wind to kill but our apartment was easily warm. We recommend it.

Ketchum Condo

The TV was inconvenient, no lights in the living-room and there needs to be a window in the door for better cross ventilation. The rest of the place was wonderful. It was comfortable and access to the things we like to do was great. I loved that I could jump on my bike and easily get to town or the river or the canyon.

Fun, lively space, comfy bed

Well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated, quick walk into town. You do share a front patio with the next door neighbors who spend a lot of time out front. No A/C. We purchased a fan and left it there for the next folks to enjoy. Would stay there again to enjoy the fun decor and the great location but the next time would likely be in the winter. Great hiking and bike path nearby and very close to the ski lift.
