1 ch, 1 ba, 4 couchages +. Situé au cœur de la vallée de la rivière Big Wood, Sun Valley, Id. Idéalement situé pour toutes les activités de Sun Valley. Accès à toutes les commodités SVEA, y compris Elkhorn Golf Club, 2 piscines d'été, 1 bain à remous ouvert toute l'année, courts de tennis. Excellents ruisseaux de pêche, la piste cyclable, musées, restaurants, galeries d'art, shopping unique. Accès facile à la station de ski de Sun Valley. Remontées mécaniques de Bald Mountain à Warm Springs ou River Run et Dollar Mountain. VTT ou vélo de route à son meilleur. Le complexe Ridge a été construit dans les années 70. Notre unité est dans un bâtiment autonome de 4 unités, à quelques pas du 9e trou sur Elkhorn Golf Club. Il est décoré dans le style Old West avec des antiquités patrimoniales familiales. Il a un lit double antique dans la chambre principale et un lit queen escamotable. Il dispose également de deux lits jumeaux superposés. Super endroit pour profiter de la beauté, de l'aventure, de la culture et des divertissements de Sun Valley, en Idaho.

Amazing ski getaway in beautiful SV

Sally was so sweet and communicative. The location was perfect. Quick shuttle ride to baldie. Amazing little condo was perfect. She even gave us access to the amenity center where we accessed the sauna and hot tub after long days of skiing. Thanks Sally!

Exactly as advertised online and Sally communicated all the relevant info ahead of time. The unit is quite comfortable and located close to Sun Valley and Ketchum.Sound from the activities in the unit above does travel fairly easily into this unit though.

Beautiful Sun Valley

It was my wife and my first visit to Sun Valley area. One of the most beautiful places we have seen. We were lucky to find Sally and Terry's condo. It was clean and had everything we need for our stay. I would stay there again if we ever visited Sun Valley. They did give us directions on getting to the condo and accessing the keys for the unit. I'm 66 years old and not the best at using computers and iPhone, so I did call Sally 2 times to help get me in front of the unit, access the key pad and help connect to the internet. Both times, Sally answered the phone right away and walked me through the steps I need. Thank you Sally!!!!! I would highly recommend their unit!!!!

Excessive mustiness in condo actually prompted us to stay elsewhere. Roller shades fell off trying to get fresh air. No hot water upon arrival. Cluttered and neglected unit. Carpeting extends all the way into the bathroom, right up to the tub.

Our guest was concerned with a "slight" mustiness. The source was a throw rug that was immediately removed from the condo. The roller shades have been in place for several years and have never caused a problem. The condo is exactly as photos and descriptions indicate. If it is "cluttered" it appeared that way in photos. The hot water is turned off for energy conservation. We are sorry if that was an inconvenience. All in all, it seems our condo was not a good fit for our guests. We are sorry.

Disappointed

Overall impression was that of disappointment. The unit was not ready when we arrived at the time and date stated. Rugs in a pile, microwave dirty, one heater not working. The appliances were old but all worked well. The window blinds didn't work and while the antique bed is beautiful, it's not comfortable if you're over 5'8". There was only 1 roll of toilet paper and no paper towels when we arrived. At 6pm on arrival day a housekeeper showed up with those supplies and said she didn't know we were arriving that day. The date had never changed since booking many months earlier. There was no garbage can to put full trash bags in. We did love the decor and amenities at the Elkhorn community center. Great location too.

Elkhorn visit

The condo was located in Elkhorn in a nice location and was quiet. We were there for a wedding and it was close to other guests and walking distance to a lot of activities. Only a few minute drive to Ketchum. Clean and was perfect for our weekend. Thank you!

No comfortable beds or wifi

The property owner was super nice and accommodating. Although the property is listed as sleeping for 4 adults, there are no comfortable beds at all. There's a nice big bedroom that would easily accommodate a king, but instead has an antique double my husband slept in alone. The "bunk beds" were impossible for my adult daughters to access the top bunk, no ladder. They slept in the uncomfortable pull out couch. I slept on the bunk bed mattress moved on to the floor. The condo was cozy, convenient, and well stocked.

Sun Valley Ski Weeks

This unit is in a single four unit building. 2 downstairs, 2 upstairs. I was on ground floor. Easy access. I had a car. My unit was not clean when I arrived. Frustrating because that is part fo the deal... right?... a clean unit when I arrive. Apologies were offered to me ... but.... I paid, they took my money well in advance and yet.... no clean unit when i arrived. It should not work that way. The refrigerator and freezer contained other peoples stuff. The owner said they had not been there since 2019... so I guess this stuff built up over the years... ew! The unit was fine otherwise. I might use it again next year but we will have to have agreements regarding cleanliness.

It was very unfortunate for my guest that our unit did not get cleaned between back to back bookings!! I learned this on the day of his arrival when I check to see how he was. I apologized and called our cleaning service immediately. They came first thing the next morning. My guest was very gracious. My cleaning service and I were very embarrassed. Since it was a back to back booking there may have been some food left in the frig. To make it more convenient for our out of town guests and since this is our "home away from home" we leave condiments and few staples in the frig. We have not been to our condo for a year because of Covid. Again I am very sorry for the cleaning schedule mix up and the unsavoryness of the refrigerator and any inconvenience my guest experienced. I will be more attentive in the future. I thank my guest for his understanding.

The Ridge at Elkhorn

We enjoyed our vacation in Sun Valley and staying at this condo at The Ridge. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We found the kitchen well stocked which made cooking and cleaning up afterward easy. Due to Covid we weren't sure how many Restaurants would be open so we planned on cooking all our meals. The appliances were old (early 1980's) but they were all very well maintained and everything worked very well. It's a one bedroom, one bathroom but the built in bunk beds made it work well for our family of 4. Our kids, both teens, found the bunk beds very comfortable. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bed was also comfortable. We loved the location in Elkhorn with the beautiful golf course all around us. The pool closest to us was closed but The Harker Pool was open and We enjoyed bike riding to it. Sally was a great host. She called and sent several emails making sure we had directions and instructions on getting in and also making sure we had amenity cards so we could gain access to the pools. There is a reservation system you have to use to reserve your time and space. I had difficulty with the online system the first time, the front desk attendant at Harker Pool showed me how then I had no issue after that. We love all the bike trails in Sun Valley and all through Elkhorn. We were able to ride all around into Ketchum, down to Hailey and back up to Elkhorn (warning: lots of hills). The only disappointment was we would have liked a gas grill on the back deck. There was a charcoal one but it's against the HOA to use it. But, we found a great place for burgers in Ketchum so we were satisfied. This would be a great place to come in the winter as well as its super close to the lifts at Dollar Mountain!
