Cabaña Emerald Point: 2 Master Suites, cada una con un amplio dormitorio con ventanas que dan a Emerald Point, (una pequeña península rodeada de agua por 3 lados), una entrada privada al porche, un amplio vestidor y un baño completo de lujo. Cada suite duerme 4 en camas. La cocina profesional de acero inoxidable cuenta con una estufa de gas de 5 quemadores con horno de convección "púrpura" y grifo de agua potable filtrada. La cocina da a la sala de estar con cómodos muebles cubiertos (¡lavados entre los invitados!), una hermosa chimenea de piedra y un porche protegido 4 cabañas más estarán disponibles en un futuro cercano, todas en la misma propiedad, ¡perfectas para grandes grupos y eventos!

The property is cozy and comfortable. Cabin is situated at the point and has the best view. Host is very responsive and attentive. Kayaks are always a hit! We will definitely book again.

Wonderful Stay!

Exactly what we were looking for. Private, relaxing yet close to town. Very cozy cabin, well equipped and nicely decorated. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to messages. We will be back!

Great getaway in Caddo Parish

Emerald Isle was a great place to stay! The house was a really nice and accommodated my family well. The kayaks were also a great addition to experience the neat lake. If my family were to visit the area again, we'd definitely consider this place.

Relaxed on the Lake

We had an amazing weekend! 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and (2) 7year olds. We cooked, played games, sat by the fire pit, and just genuinely relaxed and enjoyed our family and friends. We will definitely be back!

We always have a pleasant and relaxing stay on Emerald Isle. There are plenty of comfortable beds for our family gathering and so much beauty outside. Kayaks are a highlight as well as early morning coffee looking out over the water and cypress trees.

Was great way to stay with family

We arrived early morning around 3am, would have been little difficult to identify without the hosts detailed instructions. Host was very easy to deal with and location worked well with our 7 members. Will definitely be great place on next family event in October.

We loved our stay!

We had a great time! I brought my 12 year old son and his friend here for the weekend. The fishing is great! The house was very clean and came with most everything you need! Very peaceful and beautiful atmosphere! The host was very helpful and caring.

our stay at Emerald Pointe was perfect! it was so serene and just breathtaking. We loved the seclusion of it, while only being less than 10 mins from a grocery store. the double suite set up was great for our family of 5! and the kitchen is well appointed. Canoes and Kayaks were the icing on the cake - thank you, Emerald Isle!

Quiet Escape

Far enough away to enjoy the solitude of the bayou, but close enough to wander into the city or Bossier for food and fun. We've stayed at this property twice and have enjoyed it enough to look forward to a 3rd time. The boats are a huge bonus, and the space for dogs sells it. Stay here and fall in love with Cross Lake.

Perfect getaway

This was our favorite place on our 4 VRBO journey through North TX & LA. The two rooms were on opposite ends with a living area and kitchen in the middle. The front and back patio were perfect for morning coffee and BBQ in the evenings. We also enjoyed the kayaks and paddling through nature. Very clean, very comfortable, and very pleasant. Kudo's to the hosts!

Wonderful setting! Furnishings very nice and clean. Beds very comfortable. Family enjoyed sitting outside in the morning visiting over coffee. Kayaks were a major hit. This is our second time staying. Looking forward to returning next year. Oh, and host was very responsive. So many nice touches

Short family get away

We brought our 4 and 6 y/o boys out for a weekend - enjoyed the peace and quiet. The camp is spacious and comfortable and amenities are great. It had canoe, kayaks even for the kids and all the paddles and life jackets. Our 6 y/o learned to paddle a kayak all on his own. The lake is beautiful-trees and shade. We enjoyed s’mores on the fire pit as well!! Great weekend!

Outdoor area along the water is beautiful. You can fish, kayak, use the fire pit and truly enjoy nature. Check-in process is very convenient. Floors in the home were dirty. New refrigerator in kitchen but ice maker does not work.

We spend our summers boating on Cross Lake & have always wanted a cabin! When we found Emerald Isle, we KNEW it was special & people would love it! The sounds and scenery are a real, immersive, Louisiana experience! The view from Emerald Isle is very much like Caddo Lake with Cypress Trees out in the water and some on the island with cool cypress knees. Watching the Great Blue Heron soar through the trees and land is just majestic! Emerald Isle is quiet & tucked away from everything, the night sounds are exciting and calming all at once! It's a one-of-a-kind experience for sure!

We have Free kayaks, a paddle board, a canoe, a Jon boat & paddles & life jackets. We have games, fire pits, & charcoal grills. Guests love bird watching & gator hunting, bring your binoculars! Emerald Isle offers authentic Louisiana scenery right on the lake... Quote from a recent guest, “We ended up here by accident. We had reservations down on the Louisiana coast. We changed them to get away from (hurricane) Ida, I have been lucky enough to travel the world and the US. I have never been on a bayou until now. Last night on the porch was one of the most magical nights in my life. The sounds were incredible! Thanks for renting to us. Super excited for tonight. Cheers.” Emerald Cove, PGM- Merida, Yucatan
