The location is very peaceful and tranquil and yet is is only a 5-minute walk to the lake and the many shops and restaurants of Pallanza. There is a supermarket nearby. The apartment was recently renovated and it is tastefully furnished and decorated. There is ample off-street parking within the grounds of the villa.

It is less just over an hour from Milan Malpensa Airport and about 100 km from Milan itself.
