We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was welcoming and clean. All essential items were provided. The ocean view was amazing starting from the time we entered into the door. Nearby restaurants were in walking distance from the beach or sidewalk. We would stay again.

The property was amazing. It has everything you need and more for a beach vacation. The views and proximity to the beach were perfect. The location was close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away for quiet nights. I cannot wait to book it again.

Very clean, well positioned apartment on the best part of Clearwater Beach. The area was quiet, the beach was very peacefully walkable. Its not by the hussle and bussle but very near! The host was immediately reachable by calling only, not VRBO messaging. We had a small issue understanding the key pad and he answered by calling. There's a free parking spot in the garage that comes with apartment, We loved everything about this place! Would definitely come back if the price stays unselfish. I would recommend a higher seating area on the balcony as the table and chairs sit lower so that your view is looking through the spindles.

The condo was very clean! Only thing I was not sure of was check out process and if anything needed to be done by us prior to leaving but overall we were very pleased with all of it! We met a few neighbors and they were all very nice as well.

The condo was amazing with spectacular views of the Gulf and unobstructed views of the sunset!! Once we figured out the codes necessary to get into everything we were good. Lol

We had an amazing time!! The unit and the location were amazing. The host communication was top notch and extremely quick and accommodating. We hope to be back soon!!

Excellent property very well appointed with amazing views of the gulf. Some minor faults in the interior, 3 out of 4 light shades were missing from the main bathroom vanity mirror, air conditioning didn’t work in the 2nd bedroom otherwise a stunning condo. The hosts communication was poor, we did not receive any check in details and had to ask VRBO to contact the host directly as they didn’t respond to us. Once inside we had an amazing time and would love to stay in this area again next year

Upon checking out, my wife and I said to each other, “We can not wait to re-book this place in the future!”Perfect spot for venturing out. We were in town for a concert at the nearby (10 minute uber ride) Baycare Sound. Beach was clean and waking up to the sight of the gulf was relaxing! Only downside of having your cup of coffee in the morning on the balcony was the downstairs tenant smoking cigarettes. The unit was clean and came with everything you need to vacation. Easy walk from condo into town. Will definitely be back again.
