Good for young party goers ONLY. Above an extremely loud restaurant for 300 people with loud music, techno DJ, live performers, inebriated guests until 2 am. Building front entrance always propped open by staff or random diners (all men) who would be sitting on the staircase smoking. Did not feel safe as a woman walking up 3 flights to my apartment. Nice location and new appliances. Clean enough but not thoroughly, corners not wiped, shower with mold. Bed comfortable. No couch just second bed.
