Best part of this is the location - just a couple of blocks to the beach and close to restaurants and bars. Only a couple of miles to historic old town. Condo property is very quiet - great for a family vacation.Condo is well equipped and comfortable. The host checked in with us before and during our stay. We had no issues with the property. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place. Close to area attractions and walking distance to the beach and the main street. Quiet, relaxing place to spend some time away!

Perfect Spot

Great value for the price. The condo was perfectly situated for us and very comfortable. It was clean and ready for guests upon arrival. Hosts were great and provided everything needed to make for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect location!

This unit is very well equipped and extremely well located. Less than 5 minutes to the beach and tons of restaurants and bars. So convenient. Highly recommend.

Great Location, Clean, and Easy

Place was clean and check in was very smooth and easy.Check-In and Check- Out Proceduce were easy to follow. Location was great for getting around the Island, easy to hop in the car and get to the Letter Streets while also being close to the 312 bridge if you need to get downtown or hit any of the stores off of 207 or US-1. Great Place if you want to be near the beach but also be mobile around the different parts of St. Aug. Thank you

Nicely kept property. Owners stocked the condo will all the basics and and little more. Great location and access to the beach. The only negative is you can hear people in the neighboring units.

The Perfect getaway

The property was immaculate., perfectly supplied with everything from beach towels to bicycles. Our wives were truly happy with the unit and I would have heard about it if there was anything to criticize. We had a great stay and will probably return next year.
